- Bajaj has brought back the new Avenger 220 Street, and while it looks exactly like the Avenger 160 Street, it has a few major differences. For starters, the engine and console are borrowed from the Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise, while the alloys and grabrail are the same as that on the Avenger 160 Street.
In this walkaround video we talk about the specs, design, hardware and the price of this latest cruiser by Bajaj.

Good decision to relaunch Street version in 220cc class. Alloy wheels and tubeless tyres appeal more to the tourer. However it might have been even better if Bajaj had fitted their New 250cc engine , windshield, disc brakes at front and rear, DCABS and priced it at 1.69 L ex showroom against the TVS Ronin. This would make it a compelling proposition.
Agree...even at 1.8 lakhs would have been a killer...this bike is just stock clearance sale I guess

My favorite avenger 220 street white ⚪ colour......
Bajaj is loosing its war...they should have fitted this bike with 250 engine , bigger oil radiator , sixth gear and rear disc with dual channel ABS...should have sold at 1.8 lakhs still worth...they don't have right people to understand market and adapt to it...mark my words Bajaj will switch its focus to commuter segment
I don't understand why these people keep saying things like "The looks of this bike is similar to the Avenger 160". Seriously guys? This is a relaunch. The 160 was made based on the 220 Street. 🤦🏻
Hai ye 2kodi ki bike.no back disk brake.drum brake in 220cc engine can kill you on hiway.
Fuel meter is worst in segment.
No Bluetooth and no average fuel indicator and......
& FF to few months, Bajaj will discontinue the 220 Avenger & will re-launch the 180 Avenger & the cycle goes on 🥴
At least Dual channel Abs must be there. It has to be loaded when going to be rival of TVs Ronin .

Better to launch a 400cc or 250CC segment. 220 won't have enough power as compare to the newer other bajaj bikes.
what happen to bajaj, nothing new, kon sa Nasha fukte hai ye bajaj wale, same product launch Kar rahe hai, na to look change Kar rahe hai, na features or na engine 🤦♂️🤦♂️
