  • So this is my first go at breakfast in the Ninja speedi. It was good but I definitely will do some things differently next time so keep watching to see this breakfast perfected soon. We love having breakfast for dinner at least one night a week so I must perfect this meal! Sausage, eggs and grits or potatoes is a quick go to weeknight dinner.

Just got the Speedi from COSTCO for $130. This will be the 2nd meal with the leftover sausage from our 1st meal. Sausage with Peppers and Onions from Cooking with Doug"s RUclips channel. Will try this tomorrow for breakfast with the changes that you recommend.
    Tnx

Made the Sausage and peppers with onions tonight
15 minutes was a little too long. The Speedi IS Speedi 😅. The veggies were good, but just starting to char and the sausages were a little bit crispy, but still tasty.
I will know better when I make the sausage with bacon eggs and grits for breakfast tomorrow morning.
Right now after the Speedi cools down we are going to dehydrate a bananna and make banana chips.
      Wish us luck

@@realfoodprep We made your recipe with the addition of bacon and it came out PERFECT!
      I was wondering...
Do You have an authentic recipe for Shrimp and Grits or Low Country Seafood Boil in the Ninja Speedi?
I can't seem to find that anyplace and being true Foodies, we would love to try them in our new Speedi
      Tnx

@Dave Lurie I think shrimp and grits would be a great Speedi dish, a challenge to not over cook shrimp....I will definitely give this a try soon....love shrimp and grits
