(1월 정초부터 fly 듣다 생각나서 검색해 온 사람)
88년생 08군번 자대입대 힜을때 정신없을때 에픽하이 펀, mc몽 서커스 그리고 다비치노래 뭐있었는데 지금 술먹어서 기억이 안나네요..뭐 지우다 너를 지워보다 가사였던거 갔은데...

혼모노, 과몰입충, 스토커 등등 어딘가 추악하고 부끄러우며 다른 이의 눈에는 이해되지 않을 감정을 소름돋게 담아낸 노래. 이렇도록 적나라하고 충격적이면서도 감미롭게 소위 말하는 찐따의 감정을 담아낸 노래가 또 있을까

I still can't forget the chills I got when I first heard the beat of this song. This song's theme was(maybe is) very unique, especially for the conservative Kpop world. The lyrics sounds creepy but sweet and sincere at the same time, like someone is delivering a letter crying. Epik High members are so talented at orchestrating the concept into actual chills

Something I noticed about the ending: there’s a shot of her frantically pressing the already pressed “on” button when the rocket begins to malfunction. I think that shot represents how desperate sasaeng fans are to have their fave star to themselves even if it “kills” the star (in real life could mean ruining their career, personal relationships, putting them in danger, etc). Also, it seems like she cried because her fave star died but if she really cared about his life, she would’ve hit the “off” button. Just shows that she was probably more devastated that her plan didn’t work vs the star dying.

I loved that scene too, it was so meaningful
One of my favorite scenes was when she sprayed him with fire extinguisher so he wouldnt kill himself. When he looked at her, she just did a pout back, reminded of smth from a romantic drama or smth. When the main character just does a cute pout at the male lead. Except, when she does it here, it holds a much creepier meaning. She's trying really hard for them to be romantic I think, laying her head on him and taking "cute" pictures of him (the washing machine scene)
Its so creepy and beautifully depressing. Epik high did so well with this MV
Some people treat their celebrities like Gods. With that said, Epik High has pointed out what some of the more devoted or crazed fans would do. A devoted fan would go out their way to meet or even speak with their idol.

I'm pretty ashamed to say I relate to this song a whole lot. I'm definitely not crazy and obsessive enough to be a sasaeng fan, but it's something in the way K-pop is marketed (also in variety & talk shows) that makes you feel RIDICULOUSLY attached to all these idols, so you can't help but fall in "love" and yearn for their attention while they just keep living on without ever knowing who you were.
It's nothing to be ashamed of as long as you don't fall into any sick behavior. For exemple, thinking the idol loves you back, or harassing them.
I think some foreigners understand the concept of this song much more than most of Korean
