It's amazing the way Chucky makes a person change sides, and that he becomes a murderer.
Not to mention lying cause he killed Junior's mom and made it look like she did it herself
To be fair Junior is a weak-minded individual after all. He is not Jake, Devon or Lexi
He did say “everyone’s a killer if you push them far enough” he just pushed a traumatized teenager to the point where he snapped.
We all know chucky had junior do it so he can put his soul into junior lately its messed up how chucky destroys family's I thought Andy had it the worse but I'll say this gen these family's have it worse I felt bad for junior and his dad now the kid has to be locked up in a mental ward and throw away the key and I know it's a show lol honestly this shows way awesome I hope season 2 is good and I like to know how they plan on killing chucky off I really think universal has a chance of making chucky vs Micheal Myers even if myers dies for good in halloween ends chucky does know voodoo he could bring myers to life after halloween ends and try to make myers do his dirty work till myers dont listen to anyone and they both kill each other and fall into a grave to be buried for good now that would be awesome
The fact is that Junior already held a grudge against Logan, he was pushing him too hard and the death of his mother was what pushed him into the abyss. I don't think Junior is entirely innocent, he gave in to Chucky's manipulation, he did what Jake was not capable of, because Jake is not a murderer, while Junior harbors rage, anger and did not seem sorry for killing his father .
I've always found it creepy that Chucky has the ability to mock the Good Guy voice and say whatever he wants as a cutesy child voice.
I really wish it was used more often. Especially in the first film.

My theory, chucky was limited to how many times he could put his soul into other dolls and people. He made a ritual. If he could get an innocent to commit murder, he could super charge his spell. He put his essence into other Good Guy dolls. Once Jr. Started killing his father, that's exactly when the dolls started coming to life. This was Chucky's plan form the beginning. He could have killed them all anytime, he needed an innocent to do it this time for their corrupt energy.
Plus Tiffany was all in it as well especially coming to Jake home town and buying lots of chuckies dolls
I agree, I also think he did some kind of ritual where he corrupted an innocent child into murder.
Tiffany and Chucky made it seem like Lucas was cheating so Jr would have a reason to kill his father for the ritual, amazing plan with an amazing execution.
Yeah a soul for a soul. Meaning whomever he imprints on must comit murder to allow himself to inhabit multiple dolls. It was same for tiffany and tiffany doll and it was same for him possessing nica niece for short time as well

So, my opinion is that Chucky doesnt need to say the voodo words to wake up another doll, Junior killing off his father was the done deal to wake up every Good Guy Doll that is in the city.

yeah it was definitely the last step of a mass soul splinter ritual but I'm curious if it'll just be the city or even a larger scale. I can imagine His childhood home has some mystical amplification going on for Voodoo magic, just because it was an absolute point kind of thing in his life.
But also I think the house may not "Mean" anything because Chucky was trying to get someone to kill before Tiffany even showed up and got all the dolls.
I think they were already awake, but waiting. Seeing a chuck being used as a murder weapon gave them all a murder high.
It was some kind of ritual so he could probably take over all the good guy dolls in existence that way they can have a limitless number of chuckies for any number of sequels they want to make. They can end this series with the heros killing all the chuckies thinking they got them all but if it does well presto another sequel you missed one lol.
I cannot get over Chucky’s reaction to Junior using him to kill his dad lmao. HE LOOKS LIKE HES ON A ROLLER COASTER LMAO 😂
Chucky army hell yeah! The dolls coming to life after Junior releases his anger out on his dad seem to be inspired by the original Blood Buddy’s script, in which Chucky was a manifestation of Andy’s rage. Sick if you ask me.

@@RhynoSubs i think it goes something like the doll in original script is a doll which bleeds, if you drop it, its skin can bleed and then you need to buy bandages etc. Since Andy doesn't have friends, only a mom who is at work trying to survive most of time, he does the blood buddy thing with the doll(cutting a bit of thumb to let blood out) and with that his doll acts on his rage.
The look on his face when Junior went crazy was priceless.
My favor part is when chucky goes “Wooahhh & weee” 😂🤣

I really hope this gets a season 2 because this show is amazing
Last episode of season 1 will be on november the 30th and season 2 wont be cancelled or renewed it will stay the same but season 2 will be pushed to as december or january 2022.
It’s definitely gonna get a season 2. One of the biggest shows of 2021 isn’t not gonna get a season 2. And even if it doesn’t the creator has said more movies are coming out so Chucky isn’t ending anytime soon.

Junior’s storyline was cut waaaay too short. He would’ve been an awesome contrast to the character of Andy, giving in to Chucky instead of trying to stop him. I guess they didn’t wanna go there, though I don’t get why. Junior would’ve killed someone else anyway with or without Chucky, that kid had lost it at that point.
I don't think Chucky expected to be used as a weapon, but he ain't gonna complain. He was probably having the time of his life lmao.

I think this is a first for Devon Sawa, playing twins who both get brutally murdered. It would be funny if a long lost triplet shows up in season two, only to get killed by Chucky right away.

The idea of a possessed children's toy as a serial killer is horrifying but chucky himself as a character is hilariously scary.
When I was smaller I find he was scary but now he is funny! 😄

When I was a kid I was scared af over Chucky. Then I turned like 9 and said "eff it, time to face my fears and bite the bullet" and asked my brother to rent me Seed of Chucky, I found it hilarious af and got over my fear of Chucky. Now I love the series.
This is gonna sound so weird, but when I first saw Chucky, I thought it was cool that he came to life, and I envisioned him making my enemies suffer😅

Kind of amusing how Chucky was taunting him. Then you finally see that Logan was just as bad as his brother.
Then when he kills him, it’s almost like a Menendez brothers scenario
I wouldn't say he's just as bad just having a bad time because his wife died so he was acting out I doubt once he sobered up and calmed down he would have felt that way.

@@boomstickcritique902 because we haven't seen enough of him. I swear there was something in that guy but he managed to keep it under control. After Lexa death, he started to lose it, he kept drinking. If he was alive, and the series take place 4-5 years later, he will become as bad as his brother.

Fun fact. For the Latin American dub of the show the did the Doll voice for the Trick or Treat scene in Episode 2 which works great. I'm glad they also used the Doll voice for this scene in this version.

For those who doesn't know it.... Junior could kill his dad using chucky because the good guy dolls have a metal skull.... They're not completely made out of plastic
They are VERY inconsistent with the metal skull in this franchise. Tommy didn't have a metal skull in Child's Play 2. Chucky's head gets inflated and explodes in Child's Play 2 as well. Andy crushes Chucky's head to pieces in Cult of Chucky. Good Guys also don't have a human set of teeth like the show at the beginning of Child's Play 2....they have two painted front teeth.

I lost hope in Junior. Chucky didn’t even need to possessed him into becoming a killer. He used manipulation and damn thats one powerful manipulation Chucky gives.
I love how Chucky is still traumatized by how he's died up to this point. Second movie being the absolute worst death/torture he's been through.
Sure he's been hacked into pieces but nothing will ever top him first having to rip his own hand off to free himself. Getting stapled to a platform. Going through a doll assembly line. Got hot melted plastic dumped on top of him and then finally popped like a balloon.

Yea but I think they could've made that scene alittle better by copying CP3 in a way. While J.R is walking up or down the stairs, the package could've been partially ripped or the delivery man could have accidentally dropped in front of Jake and he notices it's a good guy doll because of the ripped packaging paper. Sorta like how Tyler met Chucky in CP3

I think it was more the situation, his mood influenced him not being surprised that Chucky was alive. Also Junior already carried a grudge towards Logan, for his pressure, for having taken Jake to live with them, it was a pressure cooker. He did not see himself guilty of killing his father, I think Chucky's words that everyone can kill if pushed, is more due to instinct or degree of evil. Jake couldn't, but Junior could.

This show is such a great palate cleanse from the 2019 remake (I pretty much am obligated to watch/read anything involved with Chucky since I grew up with the franchise), even though Hamill did a great job in his own interpretation there's no replacing Brad. Just an obvious fact of life.
Honestly would love to see Chucky and Freddy roast each other, they're both legendary in their own right and it'd be a riot.

Ok this is my idea of how the show could have worked out instead:
Detective Evans doesn't die but finally realizes Chucky is the real murderer and starts helping Jake, Devon and Lexy
Junior finds out that Chucky killed his mom and he also joins
Andy and Kyle arrive and join the party
Finally everyone together help each other to defeat the army of Chuckys
Chucky and Tiffany are defeated, Nica is released, Jake and Devon continue together and they all live happily ever after

The realization when on Juniors face Chucky said "you had to cheat on her too" gave him a reason to kill Lucas.
He didn't actually cheat though Chucky and tiffany just wanted to make it seem he did to push JR over the edge.
This shows how vulnerable our brain is when we're angry, hurt, or sad. Don't do something permanent in these mindsets yall!
