Hi Jerusha, how are you. Take care of yourself. I have suffered with pain since I was a child and walking helps. I don’t like pills and ‘injections’. It’s getting more difficult as I age. Some days I don’t want to do it and sometimes I walk very slow. It’s your journey, do what works for you… don’t give up 🙂

Hello my friend, yes they are ,I peel and cook the same way as I would cook potato stew,they are delicious, sometimes I boil with the peel and take with tea or poridge

Hey Jerusha,we are supposed to ferment our kefir in glass bottles not plastic ones since it may release some chemicals in your kefir
