It sure if her pesto but the balsamic glaze is from Trader Joe’s I believe. It looks like the one I get from Trader Joe’s. It’s so good.

I can’t even order anything anymore because it all gets stolen 😭 from expensive things to really cheap stuff
Protein is actually an appetite suppressant, obese patients are asked to eat at least 30grams of protein when they first wake up to avoid overeating later on through out the day. You maybe feeling fuller longer cause of the amount of protein you are consuming, this is why the keto diet consists of protein and fat. If you want to gain a bit of weight or maintain a healthy weight, add a bit more carbs. Sweet potato, gluten free bread, gluten free pasta, lentil soup, etc. Ramadan is coming up and you might lose even more weight.
Useful info. Is gluten not recommended in keto? It’s full of fiber.
