I used to eat here when my friends lived in Bushwick. It was really some of the best PR food. Loved getting the empanadas and papa rellenas. Nice to see they renovated the place. It always had a line which is a sign of quality.

Once when we were down visiting our daughter at college we planned to go out to eat. It was her first year so we asked some other families with older kids to recommend someplace local that was good. They kept listing different chain restaurants and were completely baffled when I said “ no, I want to go someplace “ local”. I used to eat here when my friends lived in Bushwick. It was really some of the best PR food. Loved getting the empanadas and papa rellenas.
