I bird hunt in Yuma and watch the crop dusters when I'm out there. I am just finishing my Private Pilot rating and it seems to me a 188 would be a fun airplane to own just to fly around and play with. I know its not that fast but looks like more fun than a 172. What do you think?

The price of the schools run about $12-$20k if you're already a PPL/Commercial. includes tailwheel and flight time in a variety of Ag aircraft such as the Air Tractor, Ag Cats, and some Cessna variations- all dependent on where you go. Riggin Flight Services(SD), Eagle Vistas(FL), Ag Flight Pilot Training (GA).

Yes you're right, I've often thought that. They're not that expensive initial outlay although engines are not cheap

msierhaus this airstrip was only 2,200 ft which was not long enough for full loads. I only hauled 165 gallons
