Have you had any success with the new Honda lock? I can get it out far enough to see a code. The tailpiece falls and doesn’t want to go back in the slot.

Thank you. Next time pull the lock out a little bit more and see if the key code is stamoed or etched on the lock body.
I'll try but all indications are that the cylinder comes out on the door panel side. Let me know if you get a chance to look at one.

Correct. I don't love it but I used a long reach to get the door open then decoded with the Lishi.

Are you referring to the new stainless key?
I think if you pull towards the back it will come off the door handle
