I loved the geography unit study! We subscribe to Letters Afar and use that country each month as a light geography lesson, then we look for food from the region for everyone to try. Then watch youtube travel videos and library books. This is my oldest first year being aware of the Olympics which is adding an additional layer of curiosity for geography. ❤ Loved the video, subscribed and look forward to more!

Those Etsy finds for Geography are so lovely. I think it's a great idea not to overwhelm them with history when they're too young. 🙌☺️

Are you preparing your oldest for First Communion at home? We're working through The Mass unit study for First Communion.

Yes! He won't receive First Communion until 2nd grade, but we are planting the seeds now. He also participates in Religious Education class at our Parish.
