San Soo techniques should be practiced as slow as you can do them perfectly. But many people do them faster than they should for ego purposes. On You Tube you may see it fast because they are often demos and doing their best to perform it at street speed. Form is the same. I do form multiple ways, slow. with resistence slow, and medium paced. It depends upon my mastery of the form and what I’m doing it for.
