A ten minute video teaching me more than an entire year with my pest control company.
We go with a combined solution and monitor. At the end of the day, unless you were able to build your place from scratch and guarantee a manner of things that may eventually crack anyway, single solutions will always fail.
Physical barrier + chemical barrier + bait stations = only solution we believe in.
Come do termite work here then I need to go behind more people fixing their problems.
Even the sales people at sentricon say never use chemical with baits. You are either new to the pest control field or just under educated
Of course sentricon will say don't use chemical treatment with their bait stations.
Basically admitting their stations aren't up to scratch.
Use both treatments.

Show me a job youve done for $950...was it granny flat only?? How are you still in business when the bottle of termidor is literally $350 and most jobs require at least 2/3 of that bottle
It appears you are ill informed of the mixing instructions for Termidor at a 0.125 concentration. Let me educate you. Termidor is mixed with water and used per linear foot based on dimensions a house may use 120-150 gallons of finished solution. 2.5 gallons of Termidor is about $400.00. I have done many homes at $950.00 but I've also serviced homes on a spot treatment only as well which would, of course, use a lot less product.
I've been in business for over 8 years. I do not depend solely on Termite work as that would only allow for 3 months of the year worth of income since most people here who get Eastern Subs. only call for termite service if they see swarmers. I service homes for bed bugs, termites, roaches, ants, spiders, hornets and many other pests as well.
It is true that I don't make as large of a profit on termite work but a profit none-the-less. I don't see how this is any of your business though.
Sentricon is a scam and people who push it are either dishonest or ignorant on how it fails. (just in case you missed the point of this video.)
