I love magnesium. It's my miracle supplement. I have cystitis since I was a child. When I hit Peri years my cystitis flared up due to the lack of estrogen not protecting my bladder. Magnesium has helped so much for cystitis symptoms. I did not know that we needed the magnesium for calcium absorption. This would have helped my Mother during her post meno years.

But I did hear taking it around bed times helps for sleep. I learned that here in fact, you have been sooooo helpful on my journey. Thank you.

Eat foods that have Magnesium like LENTILS: the other MEAT, Better than meat matter of fact. Lentils will help you to poop which then removes toxins and the bad estrogens from our colon and voila no brain fog. I also use Real Cacao powder: 71mg of magnesium per serving. I use 2 tbls of cacao and 8 oz of Soy Milk from Silk and have healthy hot chocolate for am and noon. It's so delicious and cheap lots of magnesium there ☺ you for your tips.
