The mosfets do have a thermal limit of 130c Pin 36. "Temperature Sense Reporting/Fault Flag. The voltage at this pin is defined by the
equation: 8mV * (Temperature in Celsius of driver IC) + 0.6V.
    OUT/FLT
This pin will be pulled up to 3.3 internally under the following conditions: over
temperature, over current, preliminary over voltage condition or phase fault condition."

Running 293gh/s 24hr avg, 125w at the wall. Running tswift 280L firmware. this has heatsinks on mosfets, has mx-4 thermal paste, arctic 1mm thick thermal pads. Has the plates off front and back. single 120mm fan usb blowing in. Hottest chip is 53c. clock is at 77500000. not sure if i just have a really good silicon here or what, but is killing it.

      At 125w I’m only getting 250hash, hottest chip 39c. I don’t know what’s wrong.

@piratanet123 try different versions and see which gives u the best hashrate. Different chips won't handle the same. Ie, won't handle the higher frequency or power as well.
