Hello ladies, I hope you've all had a great week:) Busy bee here being spoilt as it was my birthday on Thursday and off out for lunch today to celebrate with my in-laws too:) So today's video does what it says on the tin really, sharing how to style colour in your neutral outfits. Morning everyone, so today as the title would suggest I'm sharing how to style a little colour in your neutral outfits, something a little different and hopefully a few combinations you might not have thought of:) I'd love to hear everyone's favourite outfit? Hi Jess. Happy mother's day 💐. Spending a few days with my Mum who's 92 ! She's just brought me a cup of tea - think it should be the other way round! Anyway, loved the video, a bit of a different vibe for you with all the colours. A lot of the pale colours just don't work for me as my colouring is " winter" ( if you know what I mean) so pale blues ,pinks and yellows make me look ill, and camel, doesn't suit me at all. Obviously you are going to show us what suits you, but it would be helpful ( as you definitely have the expertise which I don't) if you could include some tips for those of us with different colouring. Right now my new color combination is light buttery tan & lavender. I’m wearing these colors for my Easter outfit. I’m really enjoying your suggestions of a pop of color. Hi from. SOUTH AUSTRALIA.. it's 43 degrees (nearly 110 F) here so minimal clothing is required. But beautiful styling and colours..I love all the soft pink and blues.

Jess, I love your eye for colorful neutrals. This is a thread through all your videos. You love neutrals, but the neutrals you put together are never boring or repetitive. There is always the freshness and colorfulness in it. I have been getting inspirations from your videos for lots of nice combinations and find the tones that suit me. I have replaced lots of bright colors and patterns with neutrals that is almost colorful. This has made putting outfits together so much easier and the outfits have become much more elegant. Thank you!

This is a very helpful video as I am trying to use different color combinations with the pieces I already have. My favorite combination was the olive and tan outfit. I have my eye on an olive ribbed tee. Thanks for all your fashion tips.

Interestingly, a few years ago I used to wear a fair bit of colour.
Then I started to follow you ( plus a few other influencers). I think I started my RUclips habit in lockdown!
I was completely converted to neutrals. I love how classy and put together they look. I love how whatever items I pair together they just go together and make me feel a million dollars! I have still got a few muted, pastel colours in my wardrobe. Mainly pale lemon, pale pink and pale blue. But I treat the blue like a neutral. I think you can style it the same way as you would with a lightwash denim or chambray. I've gradually got rid of any strong or bright colours like red or bright pink. They just don't feel like me anymore.
You've sold it all too well. There's no way you're coverting me back again 😂
Haha well just for one video it was fun to try out a bit of colour👯 But yes, I think I’ll always be a neutral woman too, I love the calmness of the tones and the ease of putting them all together:) I’m with you on pastel blues and pinks, I do treat those as neutrals too and I’m particularly loving wearing pastel blue at the moment. The funny thing is I get the odd comment saying ‘neutrals are so boring’ but reading that I think they’ve obviously not found the right tones yet, I really think their anything but👌🏻 x

Thank you for inspiring (again)! My favourite outfit right now are grey wool trousers, a thin mohair grey top paired with a lavender blazer. It is still quite chilly here in Vienna yet I am already in spring mood and crave colour. This outfit ticks all the boxes.
I wear all the shades of grey for years and years as they flatter my pale, cool toned features. I am actually happy about the trending grey right now as it is easy to fill some gaps in my (formal) work wardrobe.
Love all your colour combinations but wish there was a link for a cheaper alternative to Sezanne.

Loved the ideas to add neutrals to pair down the colour and opting for camel tones that are brown/red. Yellow really suits you 🥰 . xx

I love pastel pink with either khaki green or gray. I have dominantly “Soft” coloring, and these soft combinations suit me well. My coloring is also cool, so I don’t wear yellow or orange tones, and my reds are cooler, ruby tones. Thanks for this interesting video.🙂

I love the cool-toned pastels and true white, but I haven’t seen many options in them yet this season.
I have been eyeing the Sezane skirt in many colours, hesitant between butter and light blue. Maybe should order both and see.

Buenos días Jess, ¡muchas gracias por sus vídeos! Éste en particular, y en mi opinión, me ha resultado de los más inspiradores, aunque, su estilo me gusta mucho, e intento adaptar muchos de sus outfits, a los míos.
Probé la semana pasada el camel-verde oliva, ya que se lo ví, en un vídeo anterior, y me llamó mucho la atención.
Por mi parte, ya había probado el camel-rojo, el azul marino-azul claro....En fin, me gustan los contrastes en el vestir.
Esta semana, intentaré el camel oscuro-rojo, y el rosa claro-gris, o gris oscuro, y tengo pendiente el azul claro-blanco, que le ví en otros vídeos, y me encanta.
Me ha gustado mucho, el rosa claro-con terracota, ya he fijado en mi memoria, la combinación de esos colores.
Por otro lado, comentarle que, la busqué a usted en Pinterest, para poder seguirla, pero no la encontré, ni con su nombre propio, ni con el nombre del canal de RUclips.
¿Tiene alguna cuenta en Pinterest, dónde estén todos estos outfits?
Si es así, ¿me podría decir el nombre para seguirla?
Por último, pedirle si es posible, poner subtítulos en español, mi inglés, es básico, y sé que me pierdo muchas cosas de su contenido. Intento ver los subtítulos en inglés, pero me cuesta seguirlos, y me pierdo los outfits.

I don't do subtle or muted when it comes to colour pops. Either go full on, like the red & Taupe number, or not. 😅

Hmmm, I guess I don’t really own hardly any neutrals. Just some greys, whites, and light cream sparkle trousers. All the other earth tone neutrals are not in my wardrobe because they don’t really flatter my skin tone. 🧐 I’ve been trying to reduce down to 5 colours in my capsule: black, white, grey, neon green, cobalt blue.

I love this type of videos, but can the global idea (presentation’s page) can stay a little bit longer please, I don’t know if you see what I mean (because I can’t read it).And, it’s not to be mean but I think you got a problem of recording : a sort of jingling have disturbed the sound. Am I the only person that has heard that ? Your videos stay amazing. Thank you !
