Here’s the real money question: how much time do you actually spend with the most important people in your life, your wife and your baby daughter? No amount of money will ever justify the time you will wish you spent with them and less on your clients or company at the end of your career. I applaud the significant success you have achieved with the Serhant brand!
Let people decide what and how much things are important for them. If working 80 hours a week makes him happy, thats all that matters. Gary V talks about this alot. Work familly balance is not a thing for some people and its ok.
When you have this much success in your life you don’t always get to decide that. I only see my family a few hours of the day because I work two jobs to support us.
Begin every day with a series of gratitude and positive affirmations videos. I also write my goals with pen and paper in an actual journal specifically for my goals.
@@DJDeevoo he's flexible he he detours and keeps moving. He has bad days. Only I'm sure he doesn't call them that. He doesn't give them that much power. An oops, a stumble but never a roadblock.
I wake up, depending on the day it could be 5am, 12pm, 4pm, or some other random time, and immediately start listening to music. It puts me in the right mindset and easily helps me relax. I get ready for my job as an EMT while accomplishing other small "morning" tasks. I head to work with plenty of time before shift to prepare myself, I never know what I'm going to face that day. My shift could be 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, or 18 hrs long. My day consists of assisting others in any way they need, providing basic life support, getting them to higher care, and documenting. Random shifts could be administering COVID vaccinations, but usually it's on the ambulance. Although I have a set time that I get out, I by law have a duty to act and have to take a call even if it's 1 minute before I'm off the clock. Therefore I often get out hours after I'm supposed to leave. After my shift, I change before getting in my car, and I drive home. Depending on what time my shift was, I either go to the gym for about an hour after work or go when I wake up "the next day". If I don't go to the gym, I spend time with my family and learn new ways to improve my quality of care in the medical field. Throughout the day I spend time in prayer with God, but usually that time is not specified/set. I spend free time with my friends and family doing random activities or just being with them.
I just left the corporate world to start my own business as a Realtor in Florida and I listen to people such as Earl Nightingale and Jim Ron. I am beginning to create a daily routine as a new small business owner. Thank you for sharing your daily routine, I see that you are passionate about what you do and I am right behind you! I am a family woman who is driven and inspired by my family as well.
Investing is considered a bedrock in making generational wealth. Most people don't know when, where or what to invest in. Fortunately, great investors of the past and present can provide us with guidance and ideas. Meaningful contributions are always welcomed.
Yes, you're right, it's not watching all videos wasting time on strategies, I was ignorant doing so till I met Sir Lucas S.Chamberlain last year at a startup funding event in Washington DC.
Something similar happened to me in my case I traded with nothing to show for it until contacted an expert who trades and makes a good profit for me weekly
Mr Lucas S.Chamberlain fx is the secret behind my success in trading. met him sometime early last year at the startup funding event in New York City. He had some interesting things to say about the state of algorithmic trading today, obviously, I'm seeing the results, and my trading is going smoothly
Shoutout to the videographer(s) and editor(s) who made this video. Like the content was amazing but what really bought it to life was definitely the dynamic editing and framing.
Because of your example I am finally writing my science fiction book series. I am researching in the morning writing into the afternoon and night. 3 to 7k quality words a day. Thank you Ryan for the motivation. Your influence reaches well beyond the scope of real estate.
You are like my new favorite mentor! I can't get enough of your hilarious energy! My day starts at 3:45 am. Shower, eat out the door by 5:30. Go work all day in the city. come back home about 7:30 pm. Grab a bite, study for about 45 minutes. Catch up on emails. Bed about 9 Zzzzzzzz.
My daily routine starts at 5am, I drink a glass of water, meditate for 10 minutes, read 10 pages minimum of a self development book, read my affirmations, workout (yoga or jog 30 minutes), I take a minute to see my visualization board, I write down my intention for the day and 3 things I want to accomplish in the day (doable) and then I get ready for work. I work from 8am to 4:30pm and at 5pm when I get home I do a second session of walking or yoga, eat dinner and sit down to work on my real estate clients, online business and bookkeeping clients. Around 9:30pm I make chamomile tea, I take my journal, reflect on my day and write down the ups and downs of my day. I do 10 minutes meditation, read my bed affirmations and I’m off to sleep to start all over again next morning. 🙏🏻🙂

When I asked my followers from different platforms what are their immediate financial goal, most of them said that their want to make their first million. So that's what we're doing today.
Making 1 million dollars sounds like a lot of money if you've never earned high figures before. It might seem like an obsolete objective, but the truth is new millionaires are created each day.
@Olga Carvalho Speaking about investment, You're right that's why I had to start up investing in forex fews month ago and now I'm really benefiting from it, honestly speaking I earned huge profits more than what I was paid for as my wages in a month interval

My whole life I’ve been lazy and honestly thought to myself as pathetic and a waste. Your book(Sell it like Serhant) was the first book I really read and it honest drove me to become better. Learning about you and thinking to myself that you were once a beginner that wasn’t even trying to be a real estate agent but an actor made me realized that I can achieve anything as long as I keep going forward. My life now has completely changed. I wake up at 6:00am I go outside stretch and go for a 45min or until sun comes up listening to podcasts or anything that can help me learn. Around 7:15am I have a cold shower and breakfast right after. I’m doing real estate license so 8:00am-1:00pm I study(eat between study breaks). Around 1:30pm-3:00pm I workout on a muscle group depending on that day. When I get back it’s around 3:30pm so at that time I take an hour to find anything on the Internet that I could possibly flip and make some sort of money. 4:30pm I pack up a bag with my book I’ve been reading and thermos of coffee and I get in my car and head my way to this spot I like to read and drink some coffee until the suns goes down. At this point it’s like 6:30pm. From there I just make dinner and watch RUclips videos or read some articles and try and learn something new that can benefit me in my future. Watching your videos really inspires me and motivates me. After that I just get ready for bed and do it again.
At the end of 2020 I started a new daily routine which is helping me get back on track. I start my day at 4:30 am, I work out from 5 am to 6 am. Have breakfast at 7am. "It's a measly manner of existence. To get on that subway on the hot mornings in summer. To devote your whole life to keeping stock, or making phone calls, or selling or buying. To suffer fifty weeks of the year for a two week vacation, when all you really desire is to be outdoors, with your shirt off. And still-that's how you build a future." The best advise that I have taken from you so far is "Keep Moving Forward". Whenever I am overwhelmed or I make a mistake, I just think about you saying "Keep Moving Forward".
4:40 wake-up and eat breakfast-gym-shower-make 2nd breakfast-go to school-come home and run if legs aren't dead(leg day twice a week, the pain is real). Eat a bunch and study then go to bed. Repeat. Living under a clock and knowing how many minutes things take helps greatly with planning the day but not making it a schedule with set times so I'm still free and less stressed to do things.
I’m still in high school btw (12th) 5:00AM- 6:30AM ( Workout ) 6:30AM- 7:20AM (Clean Up and Make Food) 7:20AM- 12:20PM (School) 12:20PM- 1:00PM (Clean the House) 1:00PM- 4:00PM (Study for Real Estate and Contemplate Life) 4:00PM- 8:30PM ( Work ) 9:00PM - 5:00AM (Sleep Good lol) Do it all over again, and hopefully get Ryan to see this and maybe change up my routine.

Thanks Ryan! You Continue to inspire my future. Ryan, my name is Cole McIsaac and someday I will be something great like you. Im taking acting at my high school and I would love to explore NYC. I always imaged myself walking the blocks, wearing a suit, and building something amazing. Thats why you're my inspiration Ryan.
Love it!! I also wake up around 4 for the gym, it’s the best time to workout! I’m preparing for law school so right now my routine is centered around that but also lots of reading, cooking, and enjoying life!
My daily routine is NOW because things have Evolved, and knowing for the better is,,, (PRAYER) Making sure my pregnant Wife and daughter (May5th due date) are well rested , seeing if in need of anything. Feeding our two dogs, cat, love bird, three chickens, hen, and plants in greenhouse are all satisfied. Cleaning the house , checking cell for all necessary items. Doing all to go with the flow of all situations Always moving forward and thinking about all steps to provide for my family that will last for a lifetime. Leaving behind the Legacy necessary not only for mine , but for all. It’s time to be an example by actions! Watching/Listening/Learning from You & The Team has given myself and many others the drive to keep going! Thank You All 📈 Ready, Let’s go!
Worry about your hours, way too much. I was like that I work nights but only slept a few hours a day and did work also during the day. That led to a heart attack etc more important things outside work Ryan, just don't kill self before it too late
I am trying to make my routine better from day to day. Is still a long way to reach all my goals but it will be worth it. Reflect every day and be self reflective. Don't bet your self up when something didn't worked out the way you planned it to go, but try better the next day. That way you will improve yourself every day and will become great at what you are doing. And that goes for EVERY THING!!!
5:30am wake up for practice 7:30 breakfast 9-12 Class Lunch after class then study until 3pm for more practice. Dinner at 5:30 then back to studying and spending time with family until bed at 9pm. Every single day!
Amazing how many schedules there are.. everyone so unique to its owner. I get up about the same time every day, around 7, get ready myself, feed the dog, feed my mom (we moved her in with us a few years ago - 95 now), make my coffee and settle in to my home office - short commute. Then it's emails, return phone calls, then dive into doing design - I design custom homes - then break for a quick lunch and chat with my wife for a bit, then back into the office - read more emails, respond to any students that need help - yeah, I teach a couple of undergrad classes too - and back to design work. I throw in a little play with the dog to keep me from melding with office chair. Then I make supper, have a drink, and head back into the office to read any more emails that tricked in and put my thoughts together for the next day. Then a little TV with my wife - don't judge me - and end up hitting the hay around midnight. So pretty relaxed, nothing like you Ryan! Hells no, that was younger me, first wife me, yeah, another lifetime. Cheers, man. Really enjoy your energy and drive!
This is incredible! I'm interested to know where his daughter fits into his schedule (the tone of this message is not judgmental, it is purely inquisitive...i recognize tone can easily get lost over text). Being the CEO of a company is demanding and demands enormous support from family; something I'm glad to see Ryan has. But I do wonder how things will shift and how he'll adapt once his daughter starts having afterschool activities, talent shows, etc...

My daily routine is sleeping really late, waking up late and trying my absolute hardest to fight my procrastination to get things done, although sometimes I don’t get much done, I still fight and push through. Something is better than nothing!!
I wake up at 3.30, belly dance (workout) till 5 am, pray, have a cup of tea, work till noon, have my taekwondo class, get back home, work some more, get my daily chores done, and sleep by 9pm. That pretty much sums up my day...
Great energy, but very different from my life as a CEO in a real estate company. To each his own. You love yours, I love mine. Kudos on your incredible journey. I love your "can and will do" attitude.
Wow awesome video..... I wake up at 3:00 a.m. usually throw a load of laundry in the washing machine, get ready for work, tidy up the house, in the office at 5:30am, work straight through even during lunch, leave work about 5:005:30, dinner at 6:30. I'm on two boards at our major hospital in our city and one board at my church, always paperwork to do in the evening. Bed at 10ish and it starts all over again at 3:00am😏

Thank you so much for this!! So: In addition to being an opera singer, I also own an opera EdTech company!! I start my day at 7am with daily bible study and prayer. Then I read about entrepreneurship and business for 30 minutes before I hit the gym. Then it’s content creation for social media and any online teaching I have for the day. I also have daily meetings with my team, right now we’re focusing on product development and it’s a ton of fun. After meetings I move on to personal vocal practice and studying new roles. I also cook all the meals for me and my hubby. Thank you for the inspiration!!
So inspired by you and Ricky Carruth I’m up at 4:30 in the morning. Working out by 4:45 until 6am then I have my son a 6:30 where I make us breakfast out the door at 7:30. At the office at 8 making calls until 3 and then showing homes or listing appointments until 7. Then I’m home to put my son to sleep. Finish off any emails and or offers. Get my clothes out for the next day and asleep by 11pm(not always but that’s the goal)

Small business owner. I like to wake up between 3am - 4am and start the day with a workout. Helps me get mentally prepared to tackle whatever I have to do that day and feel overall happier and more productive.
What a sad way to live. Only pursuing career and money at the expense of his own family and precious time with his daughter. Money definitely gives you options but it’s not everything in life. And it certainly won’t bring you joy.
What a dumb way to think. Let see what you'll think when you'll need money to buy things you will absolutely need and will not be possible to do so cause you're poor
I see both sides here. One the one hand, I love Ryan's hustle, leadership, and willingness to share the knowledge he's gain over the years. He seems to truly love his job. On the other hand, a CEO's schedule is intense. 4am-10pm! What time does one have for family, friends, or even themselves? As the company grows, hopefully he'll be able to delegate some of his responsibilities to competent and effective agents/officers to maximize his time at home.
My daily routine Wake up 4:50 am shower 5:20 am get my lunch ready 5:50 am drive to work 6:00 am punch in at work 6:00 pm finish working 6:10 pm shower 7:00 eat dinner 7:20 pm spend time with family 10:00 pm go to sleep.
Wow to me that is no life. Family comes first every time. You are missing the best part of your baby growing up. There is more to life than working 18 hour days Ryan when you get home the baby is already asleep. So very sad.
You don't walk in his shoes so you don't have the right to find fault with his parenting. Reading about someone doesn't make you part of their life or make you their friend. You do your life your way which does not mean your way is globally perfect for everyone else.

Here’s the real money question: how much time do you actually spend with the most important people in your life, your wife and your baby daughter?
No amount of money will ever justify the time you will wish you spent with them and less on your clients or company at the end of your career.
I applaud the significant success you have achieved with the Serhant brand!
He’s said before, basically only a few hours on Saturday.
He works on Sundays as well.
This right here.
Its all about priorities
You got roasted on "Beavis and Butt-head", pal 😁

5 things to quit immediately:

Did you get your license?

My daily routine is up at 4am. Hit the gym from 5-630 then off to work to crush the day. Currently working on my real estate license here in California. Your channel is inspiring and motivating. Your awesome Ryan , much success to you.

I love you Ryan I haven't been watching your videos that you upload in the past two maybe three weeks because I'm a front line worker in a Nursing Home in Harlem New York but before I go to bed tonight right after I say my prayers I got to watch what you doing and to hear you speak although I'm not into selling real estate you motivate me I wish you all the best and I cannot wait until I bump heads with you in New York City and get my book autograph and get a photograph of Me & you so I can put it on my fireplace mantel good night no disrespect New York City 💛💜💚🖤❤💙
My daily routine is interesting! I wake up make my self breakfast and trade in the stock market. Then I do school and I lunch watch your videos. After school I play sports and after sports I study the stock market, watch RUclips
about real estate, and Think about how I can become rich.
He’ll realize that on his deathbed.
What a dumb way to think. Let see what you'll think when you'll need money to buy things you will absolutely need and will not be possible to do so cause you're poor
thats weird, bc he seems happy and perky and you're sitting here saying his way of life is "sad" and his life style is an expense to other people lol.
@@xhescuka so you're saying you're basically ok with a system built on the rat race. Nice bootlicking.
Such an inspiration Ryan. Even though I'm not in real estate business, you are one of the business icon who I can look up to. From a fan from 🇲🇾
You are a machine Ryan!! Unstoppable!!! Keep going!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Wow to me that is no life. Family comes first every time. You are missing the best part of your baby growing up. There is more to life than working 18 hour days Ryan when you get home the baby is already asleep. So very sad.
I completely agree.
You don't walk in his shoes so you don't have the right to find fault with his parenting. Reading about someone doesn't make you part of their life or make you their friend. You do your life your way which does not mean your way is globally perfect for everyone else.
Exactly....!
@@mircat28 I think you missed the entire point I was trying to make at no point did I say he was a bad parent.
I would explain it to you, but I just think that would just go way over your head too.
Yeah, this lifestyle isn't for most people.
There is nothing quite like working for yourself. I f'ing love it and can't breathe without my businesses. They're the best thing to ever happen to me and to find my calling in my late twenties and now into my mid thirties I'm a very lucky man! If you want something go and get it!!

I stop studying around 8-9 pm and eat right after. I usually take one hour to myself to cool down, read, watch some tv or do anything that don’t need much focus. Around 10:30 pm I work out for one hour. Take a shower and off to bed by 12 am.
