Ok, so our little woman, Fräulein Giselle, has turned or entered into her 27th year of life on this earth.
Something doesn't look right over there in Canada. Shouldn’t it be Summer now ? But relax, not all is lost. Over here in Australia, the weather is playing tricks on everyone too. It's winter over here and yes it can get pretty cold in the southern states, temperature can get down to minus 2 to 4 deg over the night. Expecting snow in the blue mountains near Sydney and Melbourne, next few days. Up in the north, the tropics where I live it is winter, but it feels more like springtime. Our Mango trees starting to come out in flowers. May turn out to be a good season this year. Blessings all around and peace be with you all. reg . Doug.😘

I worked in a restaurant where fries were cut once a wk (for the week) after chipping/cutting we put them in 5gallon buckets, covered in cold water (go 2 inches above fries with water)then place lid on and set in your walk in cooler until needed. Simply drain and drop in fryer. Try a small bucket a couple of days before their needed and see if it's somthing to make doing fries in 1 day easier😉
