My two German Shepherds are usually very friendly to anyone we meet. One day, however, a creepy neighbor whom I didn't like approached us while we were walking. My young female Shepherd got really hostile, not barking, but baring her teeth and growling a deep low growl while crouching down and staring intently at him, with her hackles standing up. . It was actually quite scary since she was always a friendly goofy dog. i excused myself, and got out of there. A few days later, the man was arrested and charged with killing his wife and child. He had probably already done it when we saw him. I will never, ever, question my dog's judgement of anybody, ever.
You should never doubt a dog's judgement in general. They know. Dogs don't ignore their instincts like most people in these stories ignore, the instinct that most people ignore in their daily lives.
Dogs sense and hear what we can't. I have two male Great Pyrenees. Pyrs are work dogs so their job is to guard livestock, small pets, and even people. I always trust their judgment over my own. Barking is their first defense. When their barking turns aggressive I know there is some kind of a threat close by.
Our shitzu lost her maltese sister a few weeks ago after growing up together for 13 years since they were babies. Hits home. Thanks for the stories, friend
Why do people hide in a bathroom, in a bedroom, underneath the bed, or in a closet? Those are the first places an intruder is going to look. Use any opportunity to go outside or jump out of a window if you have to.
Listening to these stories make me miss my old Lab Mix with German Shepherd. He was the best dog I had ever had growing up. He never would've harmed anyone unless you were trying to hurt me or my mom. Unfortunately he got out one night and he never came back. I really miss him and wish I still had him. 😞
The third story shows that horror movies are accurate in how some people really are dumb enough to run further into the house instead of out of it when there's an intruder.
I was so frustrated when she actually went inside the house when he went around to the back. The chances of him going to the street behind her house are very slim, esp since he was just standing at her front door for so long. Clearly he had been knocking and waiting for someone to answer. What I would’ve done is stay away and call the cops from there. The guy would most likely still be in the house and they’d easily catch him.
Its not always obvious what to do in these situations, are you supposed to just run out into the empty streets at night? i'd not be calling people dumb for the things they do when they panic, you only have a split second to react for christs sake
It’s crazy this video came out when I’m dog sitting for a friend all week, dog sitting/house sitting scary stories would be a cool idea for a future video
I’m abt to walk my 2 dogs tn, but I got Great Danes so everyone always crosses the street when they see 2 horses next to me😂 or maybe because we take up the whole sidewalk

That's exactly what I thought. It would have been such a smart thing to call the police when the person telling the story had the upper hand, rather than after he became a prisoner in his own house. Ridiculous.
@@rachelcurl9969 I guess some people just need to learn the hard way. That’s how they get themselves killed a lot of times so they’re not able to tell the story which is incredibly sad.

I just feel bad for the poor sucker who should ever decide to mess with me while I'm with my dog... He's a Rottweiler, Doberman and Great Dane mix. He's literally the bestest and sweetest dog but man he can be extremely intimidating and protective. He once made a girl scream bloody murder while walking in the woods because she thought he was a bear🤣
My parents don't let me have a dog, but I do have birds, dogs are a bit more messy and need more tidying up after and birds are easier to keep so we stick with 2 baby blue parrots
All of these stories: "An intruder came through my back door as I was standing near the front door and I could've made a run for it, but I didn't! I threw my phone out the window and locked myself in a closet. Oh no. I need my phone. They were going to chop off my head with a chainsaw but then the neighbor Ms.Doodittle stopped by offering us some peach cobbler.
The man was staring at me with his neck beard and fedora. He tipped his hat and said: "M'lady. If you don't want to date me it's because I'm not a Chad with a strong jawline". I almost died from cringe.
why did 3rd story guy not call the police while waiting outside or call out to the man on the front steps get back from my "neighbors" home dude I don't know you, or I can call the police

I get the ones that forget the phones they left charging, but if their phones weren't charging then what is the excuse to forget literally the one thing that you can use to call for help?
I was walking Brian, and I kid you not he picked up my girlfriend. She cheated on me with him because he claimed he was a published author. But in fact is a hopeless alcoholic.
There was a creepy old man who my grandmother first encountered at a gas station about a half a mile from where she lived. He asked her for a ride and she said no. This happened a week later. Shortly after that she was walking her dog (toy French poodle) and this man came out of nowhere, jumped in front of her and said that he had been watching her. The dog started to bark loudly. My grandmother got away from him. This was creepy.
Wish these sponsors would give a 1 minute script instead. Most TV commercials are only 30-60 seconds. Glad he has sponsorship, but 2 minutes is overkill.
The idiot in the first story, hid in his bedroom with his dog Brian. I can almost guarantee BRIAN had more sense, and would have dialed 911 if he could. Jeez. This story must have taken place before the invention of phones.
I have a Russian black terrier, which if some of you don't know are bred to be military guard dogs by the Russians. My dog ragnar is soft as muck to most people unless you're trying to harm me or my mom. Anyway I was 14 at the time and was taking him out for a walk by myself since he wasn't a handful. The man who lived opposite us was a registered sex offender. He came over to me to try and talk to me and ragnar placed himself in front of me and started growling. The man almost shit himself and ran back into his house. A couple of days later the cops raided his house and found photos of me and fantasies he wanted to do to me in his diary
