turn in your license, you do realize if they have a green arrow you have to yield for them, the only one in the wrong was the tow truck, if you hit the other cars before him you wouldve been at fault

@@srtmo542 1) I was being facetious. 2) Most vehicles do not stop once they've already come up to speed by the time they've reached the stop line. I made no mention of hitting cars before the tow truck. Id also point out that you can enter an inters action on a yellow, and you're still protected from any infractions id the light turns red and you're already passed the stop line. A lot of those cars were. 3) The intersection is full of slow moving vehicles, and everyone could see it. It posed no danger. Fault or not, the video just smells of whiny baby. He started going once it was green. If he ran straight in to that tow truck on his green light, do you know who most of the damages would be awarded to? The POV car. There are two different laws in the US that require a driver to avoid collision at all cost, if possible. The color of the light would be irrelevant if it went to court. It'd be a scenario of intentional collision. It really all boils down to the atrocious entitlement mentality that US drivers have. People thinking they deserve to be where someone else is. There's no road negotiations.

I'm of the opinion that if I waited for a light, I get to go. You'll wait for the flow of traffic, or you'll get t-boned. Make your choice.
The first few cars after green could be attributed to flow and light timing. Tow truck should have stopped. The Tesla in the lane next to it stopped.
