In this part of the video I have in the past worked in a business where it was a family owned business and I did that year's ago and they were ITALIAN AMERICANS AND I worked there for 8 years and after a while it's like you are a extended family as Charlie who hired me knew that the majority of my experience was from MANHATTAN and his motto was eat MANHATTAN food at QUEENS prices and he was referring to quality with hugh portions to give the customer true value and the concept was a instant HIT,as company's responsed with heavy orders and a jump in revenue by 300% but he knew that he had to hire more staff,and when he put out a sign HELP WANTED, they also responded because they could use the extra money tax free, all cash tips
In this part of the video it's very interesting that they are getting various seafood products from the sea and I remember years ago when I was in high school I worked for Dole and DelMonte pineapple companies on the weekends to make side money and I worked the grave yard shift and I loved it as did my mother in the fields get what mother nature provides and pineapple is a huge business but pineapple is produced in Mexico and Brazil and shipped to the United States from either California or Florida to all different markets
In this part of the video I remember years ago when I saw a food truck selling lobster rolls and I saw no one in line and the last time I was down there they were gone and I think that no one was willing to spend that much money, and I am the same way, go to the market buy it take it home and make it myself the way I want to eat it
@derek6321 I don't understand what urban saying I am being honest I don't eat cow lamb sheep pig etc they have feelings and chicken. I eat fish shrimp long ago oysters they don't cook them well in west....but I would eat these...he knows what he's doing. I eat seafood and eggs. And tons of vegetables. No milk. But please explain JESUS fed fish to a gathering. Thanks love respectfully Kathleen
