A perfect mix between Hollywood and talking.. very well done!! Glad to see your being cautious with the crane..love the lettering on the crane as well! You guys are unstoppable now💪😁
Cool Video! Like your new Carne! And makes live easyer! Have a good new Year and Stay Save and buissy my Friend! Hope we will Meet again some Day and i can Work for you again! Greetings to everybody in Oregon!
Joes descent out of the tree was a sweet shot with the camera attached to the device .... congrats on the crane btw August really happy and proud for you getting mechanized means to help with the labors of tree work and becoming stronger than ever in the business maybe one of these days I’ll take the trip out across the county and view the fleet in person lol take care August stay safe as always
You're getting way to good at editing August, thanks for the vid. and happy and healthy new year to you, your family, and that great crew of yours. Cheers!
Another job well done! Great video work again! Dam those trees are tall out in your area.I don't get trees like that in Wis! Be safe and keep the videos coming! Also nice to see the clear screen on the crane display!
Just need a log trailer to drop them from the crane right into the trailer save some cleanup 😎 always enjoyed and am inspired by you/your crews teamwork!! Always smiling and having fun, it’s not work when your having fun!!
Biggest problem with a crane is pushing the tool beyond its limit. What you can get away with and how big a piece you should take are often maxed out. You have a good crew and you did this job safely. I sold my crane because it just was an expensive machine to keep up. Now we just sub the crane. Great editing
I have a good friend with a crane and he gives me a fair rate. I just add it to the job. So much of our work is very different from your “open area” jobs. Most of my work is in tight properties with fences and lack of access. High end estate properties with clients with too much money.
arboristBlairGlenn We have a lot of tight quarters stuff here too (my vid Bad Trees 5 etc. etc etc.) but the clients seldom have “too much money,“ so I learned how to rig crane jobs without a crane years ago, and now I have one 😎.
Really cool I love the progress your company is making. You could do anything you want with it now even sell it. I used to work with a 10lb boom truck and we would load wood directly on the flat bed
Oh yeah! It's 2019 Be blessed & let the Lord's favor and grace shine through. Love your creative documentary, it's truly entertaining. I know how good this work makes one sleep. Pesky rope jumble dag nibidy nab it! And the tree trunk goes thumpity wump!
Happy New Year , August, Damian, Adam & Samurai Joe ..may it go very well for you guys & all your close friends & dear supportive families, keep building the business.
Great crew you got there August! Started watching your videos a few years ago when I was first starting out and your work set the standard for what I wanted to accomplish. I just uploaded my first video. Would love some pointers from the pro!
August I know this isn't related to the video but in your opinion what's the best type of throw line to use? I've never owned one before so I don't have a clue on what a good one is. also what size throw ball should I get?
Awesome video as always! I built my speedline kit with these carabiners last year, but mine are made from steel, so it‘s a bit more heavy :P Which ropes do you guys use with the ZagWrench?
We use various ropes, usually 11.5. ITS NOT THE IMPOSTER ZAG WRENCH, it's the original Reon Rounds tether, not the blatant copy of Reon's work that Brandt weaseled into production.
I like the rigging you guys are using grade 100 two leg chains are grate my company uses them all the time for trees where are u guys located we are in the San Bernardino Mountains and have cranes from 25 to 90 ton
So, after a couple dozen videos I'm trying to figure it out. You begin to cut the tree and then to the crane to tweak it? Then back to the tree, then back to the crane?
@@AugustHunicke Sorry! From some of the videos, it seems like you (pardon the pun) cut from cutting the tree and then I see you tweaking the levers for the lift. Now obviously, there are some where you cut away and someone is lowering it. Just confusing...for the old guy.
Damnit Adam ! Pay attention to your climber ! Lol. Poor Joe stuck doing all the hard work . And he got stuck with Adam sleeping on job . Lmao....... great job as usual fellas
Dear August Recently just got into tree logging ,been watching your videos and enjoying them a lot, my background is sound running a small studio and live sound systems in Norfolk United Kingdom, Now the critical bit, Please can you lower the music levels as they way too loud, example on this video the first track i had to turn down my volume because it was to loud .when you start talking again its too soft because my ears have adjusted to the loud music so i have to turn it up again...near the end of the video the music was perfect level..dont trust laptops audio buy a tower pc with studio monitors £100 buck buys a lot these days for good monitors , keep up the awsome videos be safe
Hey August , I've watched a lot of your videos and they are very inspirational to begginer tree men like me. I've learned a lot in the tree but I've been climbing "old school" and while your chunking out trees I see you always have some sort of fall arrest on your D ring. I've been wondering what that setup is, if you dont mind sharing some of the experience it will be well appreciated. Keep up the hard work and stay safe friend!
I always tie in , but I'm wondering what you use for a second tie in when you are chunking one down. I've seen it underneath your flipline in a lot of your videos while your chunking and I was wonder what setup that was.
Yeah I picked all of them I get 100% but the weight of the trees is determined buy water intake during the winter I took that into effect I know you haven't had that much rain so I underestimated great work you and all the men oh by the way a buddy of mine was looking 4 monkey Beaver belt does new tribe have any open spots who wears a medium I was just wondering if they're on backorder bewell August
Thanks August. I know it's like10:00 your time i just want to say blue skys. Be well all crew members. And prosper i now know faith and what it brings. Your friend Mark M Molina
The further the boom has to go out of the center, the less picking force.... but now I’m just wondering (and you can try and confirm) that: does gravity pull more on a log when you pick it high of the ground or is it always the same? I quess I didn’t pay to much attention in school with physics, sorry... It’s a little bit mindboggling for me, altough common sense tell me that an airplane weighs as much in the sky as on the ground, it just falls faster when it is higher, hahaha
+Tsjoni well I guess the air is thinner reeeeeeeaaaal high but yeah at Tree heights, it’s heavy at one foot as it is at 100. It’s the angles and the movement and the wind and the stability that we have to watch... and the weight.
U know I could send u some of the snow I have and these single diget temps and then u won't have to worry damaging the ground and u could put that fishing pole way and do it like a real man(Joe). Just kidding how u liking the new crane?
I’m with Joe on the sauce thing!!! Love the Reon animation. 😂😂😂😂😂
LOVE IT! As always great work and editing brother. That crane is sick, congrats on your hard work and thank your for your dedication to our industry.
The reon commentary was priceless love it
that last bit with the wedge in the dark is absolutely perfect for some reason. Smack...smack...smack.... amazing

Loved the footage / edit looking up of ya chunking her out near the end. ART. 😘
Reon animation was hilarious, loved the lighting shirt at the end.
Love Reon on the opening and closing of the video amazing work guys !
Great Video August. Looks fun flying the crane!
You're getting way to good at editing August, thanks for the vid. and happy and healthy new year to you, your family, and that great crew of yours. Cheers!
Nicely Done! Thats once sweet unit, now you need a log truck!
How much did that mid-drop wood vaporizer cost? Nice for zero impact in the LZ, no clean up required!!!
=O)
Nice editing.
Thanks for the advice August I dropped a big one next to a house today no damage.

Thanks, Yeah I bought it because crane rental here is insanely high priced, and thus never a thing.

Happy new year to you guys nice job 🌲💪👌
Thanks for sharing august.
Good one. I've seen you top a passle of trees now, and I've wondered if you've ever cut the rope holding the top. You get so darn close.
is that a manitex crane?
Cool show.
Flipping ek August you got all the Gucci kit. I only just got my own throw line and weight bag.
1.😁😎great Video
August I know this isn't related to the video but in your opinion what's the best type of throw line to use? I've never owned one before so I don't have a clue on what a good one is. also what size throw ball should I get?
Hunter McKinney 12oz or 14 oz for the cannon and 16 to throw. I just buy as slippery a line as I can find.
What suspenders you got bud?
Thanks for thé vidéo.. Nice bridge..
love that bridge (go Damien 💪🏻)
Oh woah. A new RUclips video starring reon? I thought he retired from that. 😂 nice work.
August is there any certain medical kit you would recommend climbers carry on their belt?
+Dane Durham just compression gauze to stop bleeding
Nice👍.. New screen for the crane scales? Looking Good for 2019 guys 👍👍🇦🇺
nope, just better lighting perhaps
Clever ball breaking Damien but Joe has enough sauce to know, he don't need any on a stinkin sammich ,bruh.
Man, this is the easiest way to make a living I've ever seen!
Really cool watching you grow bro! (If I can “bro” ya) the business and the channel! Keep it up! We appreciate all the content!!
Happy New Year yal :-) really want a 🏗 now. Or a bucket ha ha
Running out of compliments for your channel bud. As always great vid!
hahahaha, just number a few compliments and then type in the number 😁
How did you get shield of faith written on to your visor? Was it custom made?
+Harry Rambo custom vinyl
Damien walking around dulling the piss out of his spikes 🤦♂️😂

August Hunicke okay thanks, I got the Brandt copy because it was for sale earlier than Reons and I needed it to be shipped to Germany.
LukiLuk I understand. I just like to make it clear whenever it comes up that he schemed and copied Reon.
LukiLuk I’ll probably stop mentioning it if Patrick will ever confess.

Where do u do trees at? Those look like the bad boys in my brothers back yard here in NC

No collateral means spare no expense.
You're like the Karate Kid now with your crane technique! Now wax the truck!!!
Figured 3100-3400 on the first. 6700 on the second
