Thanks! In early spring, I will put a 2” layer of compost plus an organic fertlizer like plant-tone. In addition, alfalfa tea plus seaweed and miracle-gro. In late summer I will repeat the plant-tone. I might supple the liquid feed miracle-gro plus seaweed every month or two.
I have it in My garden, its a very strongly scented rose, fruity lemony type of scent. Some times allmost overpowering. Healthy and very diseaseresistant
This looks incredible! You say it was only 10 months old when you made this video? Did you purchase it as a bare root? And how did it hold up in this summer's heat?
The plant is maybe two years old, but transplanted 10 months ago when I made the video. Purchased bare root from Hortico. It was decent in summer heat, seems to want a ton of water, and then she’s very vigorous.
Hello , where did you buy Chandos beauty? If you are from US, your variety is much better than ours, or it is your climate which makes it fabulous looking?!
The music and the rose are amazing
Thanks for the kind words!
Прекрасная роза. Шедевр вашего сада. Все замечательно и цветок, и цвет, и запах.
I agree, Chandos Beauty is a very good variety

Lovely rose, so many blooms. I just got one as a standard here in uk.
Lucky you! It is hard to find in any form here, much less as a standard.
It's beautiful.
Thanks!
Thank you!
What kind of fertilizing routine do you have for your roses? They're gorgeous!

I’m in California, my Chandos Beauty came from Hortico in Canada. What country do you live in?
Ok, UK!They look fabulous, you have green finger and you are very patient with your roses.
Does your Chandos throw out long canes? I have 3 canes that are sooo tall about 6ft.
Yes, in fall she turns into an octopus! I cut them short during spring pruning.
What about its health? Is it a disease resistant variety?
I would say average for a hybrid tea, but not sure since my area does not get blackspot.
So pretty! Did the color change from pink to peach in the center?
Yes, starts off white with pink center, which suffuses to light apricot
Thank you. May I ask where you purchased this rose? I searched the web but can’t find any places that sell it.
Mine came from Hortico.
They don’t have this rose in their catalog anymore 😢. I can’t find this rose anywhere else.
@@LoanNguyen-dh1bx where do you live?. We sell it here in UK and Harkness produced this variety. Good luck finding one.
Can I buy this in the USA?
I’m afraid I don’t know a US seller at this time, Hortico in Canada carries it once in a while and they do ship to US
I saw that K and M roses has it by request
CUDOWNA!!
Thank you!
