Very simple test - what do you see more when you're landing into Lagos - greenery or brown roofs? We prioritize money over everything. We place little value on the quality of life....really sad. For the records, some of the house designs are good, but the environment doesn't surround itself with nature.

Actually there's spot for common man...its call mainland...ajegule, orile, ketu, igando, ibafo, mowe etc this is business investment not charitable or pubic org. They took billions of naira loan from bank to finance the project with high interest rate of 35%.

Nigeria is a sunny country. With the quick dry/wringer washing machine, you only need to hang your clothes out to sun dry or air dry in the laundry room. Within 1 hr max, your clothes should be totally dried without moisture or damp.
Kindly tell us about service change in the estate. Would buyers pay service charge? If yes, give us an idea about it. The reason I am asking is that, most times, developers tend to charge what is equivalent of a rent on the long run. In this case, would buying make any sense?

I want to own one of your houses or homes but lack of trees in your landscaping is a turn off on making a decision to buy. We want to see grasses, flowers, trees in front and back of our homes please.
