This channel is the best. I discovered it just as divorce was imminent and was thrown into a crossroads of what to do. No kids, don’t want to have to restart a mortgage at 53….I’m a wild camper twice a week in all 4 seasons so love the challenge, and I’m used to uk winters . I’ve decided to buy a van and be a van dweller….albeit with the luxury of back up money in the bank and a donated garage from my sister which I’m currently converting as a place to retreat while the van is being fixed etc, to do washing and grab a shower. Listening to the people on this channel has just fuelled my excitement for a possible once dour lonely future. Real people, real lives and very well filmed and edited. More than just inspiring, for me it is life affirming and direction setting. Please keep up the great work. You never know, you might be interviewing me when I’m a grizzled van dweller! Thank you👍
Hi Jason, Thanks for the great comment and feedback 😊 what a story! It seems like a lot if people go for this lifestyle after a breakup! Sorry to hear about that, but it's great that you have moved to the vanlife! Sounds like you have the ideal setup with a garage and somewhere to go in emergency! Haha, maybe you'll be on our channel one day, yes! It would be great to hear your story in more detail someday. Again... thanks for the great comments, we're so glad this channel has inspired you 🙌🏼
Another Top Video Guys! Paddy & Esmee with some wise words in that video. I loved the picture of them as Simpson’s characters! 😄 Little Peggy being easily bribed with the cocktail sausages 😂 keep up the great work. ….. Smithy
Great video guys🙌🏻 . I love watching the interesting people you meet 🙂. Love what these guys are doing. I love the sea, well any water to be fair! Their travel adventures will be amazing! I'm off to find their channel and insta now👍🏻
It's unsafe to go to the mast in gnarly weather, so I would like to recommend to get the lines back to the cockpit. It requires some fiber-glassing work to move the winches from the mast to the cockpit, but is totally doable.
Great vid and lovely couple and wonder what the difference is between van life and boat life? We are oldies and planning full time in the van. Had vans for years and never really considered boat life. Assume you need the skills and experience to do it safely. Thanks Dave
Thanks so much for featuring us guys! We absolutely loved meeting you 😊 - it’s an awesome video!!

"Could get hit by a bus tomorrow"
Not living on a boat you won't, so you've solved that problem already. 👍

Difference is that you're *much* closer to nature, and that the same weather on land is much much more dangerous out on the sea.
Amazing life
Would you say living in a boat or van is better?
"Promo sm" 😓
