"The Thermos I bought in 2002 was as quiet as a mouse and gave me 22 years of problem-free usage until it finally retired. I recently purchased a new one, but it is quite noisy and doesn't work as well as the old one did. I paid around $2,000 for it, and I'm not happy with my purchase. It's difficult to work with, and I feel disappointed."
I agree, it's not worth the money. The rack configuration is poorly designed. The racks are chintzy and don't roll out smoothly. Buy a Kitchenaide.

The entire stretch of labels on the controls peeled off on our Sapphire DW :(..and now we are staring at error E09 which may be a defective heat pump..so much for luxury DW

DON’T BUY IT!!!! It is impossible to turn on! You have to be a flipping rocket scientist!!!!
