Once owned a German, it will be forever German, this will be felt by only those people who own it. Even though we pay more for service, even everyone criticise about reliability, it never disappoints me while driving. It always brings a big smile and we always enjoy our driving. It is actually a feeling and cannot be described in words and also it is unnecessary for me prove someone . The new virtus also holds the German DNA. For all VW comes with a standard 4 yrs or 1 lakh kms warranty and can be extended up to 1.5 lakhs or 6 yrs. Still don’t understand why everyone is talking about expensive when there is failure of parts.

As an owner of VW polo 1.2 MPI, I agree to comment. VW cars have really good driving dynamics. The only complaint that I have is part availability, that too has improved with their child part policy
The only yet another issue is the lights the lights are. Ery bad. The reason is this quality of light is good for the European market
I think the concern is if they honor the warranty. I have read stories where they have not, in case of DSG failure, saying it failed because of aftermarket battery(Amaron) installed. It's a hit or miss, if you are lucky, then thank your stars.
I also bought red Virtus 1.0 Topline manual transmission last week sir. More comfort with features and iam Thrilled to drive the car ❤️

@@SantoshKumar-zc8gt No AC problem. Actually AC is working perfectly, for ventilated seats too. There is no brake issues at all.
Hi sir, 1.5 is also TSI which is a turbo engine... It also comes with cylinder deactivation technology.. while driving light footed, it will deactivate 2 cylinders to enhance fuel efficiency... While going heavy foot, it will activate 4 cylinders to boost the performance
Bro , the name is active cylinder technology, but it will not stop the cylinder, it stops the fuel flow for two cylinders, so 4 cylinders will run as usual,but fuel flow will be blocked for two cylinders,

Hi sir I'm in Qatar.I went Honda City 2015 4th generation yesterday (TAXI).When looking at the tachometer in that car, it had run 4 lakh 25 thousand kilometers.But the car was like a new car and the engine refinement was so superb.Honda City is the best car in this segment.

Good review sir! I’m a VAG group lover and I own a 2021 Polo GT TSI. To be honest, VW have done a lot of cost cutting with Taigun and Virtus which is why you see the weird average, plasticky interiors. They have gone with 95% localisation with these 2 cars as part of their VW 2.0 strategy for india. I drove the 1.0 Virtus. It feels the same as my Polo handling wise. However Polo is much sturdily built. If you’re planning on getting the Virtus, get the 1.5L with 4 cylinders. It’s an absolute beast!! Hope VW address the quality issues in their next update.

I own a Taigun GT. I dont find any issues with the plastic quality. I owned a Polo before Taigun. The interior quality is the same as Polo. There are some squeaks here and there but my Polo had it too. The built in europe t-roc has some squeaks too
@@easternprestige Interesting but I don’t find any squeaks in my Polo. The finish is solid inside. Maybe it’s an issue in certain cars not sure. But I definitely find the plastic quality to be inferior in Taigun/Virtus compared to Polo having driven both extensively thanks to my friends.
Well said. I'm lucky to have bought 2021 Rapid. Cz both Slavia and virtus feels lousy and Mediocre in build quality. The doors felt like Honda or Maruti. The seats were not as comfortable and the interiors are a joke in virtus.
We can't judge plastic quality by surface texture.. If it ages well, then it's fine..👍

I wanted to tell you something. I have a VW vento which is really a beautiful machine. Iam owning this since 2011 and have done 2.5 lak +km till date today. The vehicle is best beast. Never failed till today. One big good suggestion. If you have to own a VW vehicle. Be ready for the operational expenses. The services are exhobitant. But but trust me you will never leave the owner ship.
Ne er give VW to any service center such as Bosch et they all use same parts but it will fail.
Would say one good safe. Machine

I am a proud owner of Ameo 1.5 diesel for the past 4 yrs. The same engine is used in polo, vento, rapid. Service is for 15000 kms or 1yr.Though service cost is higher it is a safer, reliable and incomparable

But on highways you will feel power lag in 1.0 L engines. Nowadays we are travelling more on Highways one more info there are around 60+ NHAl toll plazas in tamilnadu.
@@kavi1190 powerlag or turbo lag is below 1800 rpm only?that too not that significant. I have driven both 1.0 and 1.5 and own 1.5. From my experience 1.0 is more than enough for a decent drive considering our traffic conditions.

Rear bumper is definitely lengthy than the break lights... And it makes the 20mm length difference with slavia. Petrol will not be as eager as diesel. Anyway thanks for the review of virtus.

So I have a wishlist
1. Nissan Magnite XV Non Turbo (with all features in the car)- 8.72L On road Price -
2. Nissan Turbo XL - (with basic features in the car) - 9.27L
Which one is best for me, or i can prefer any other car apart from these two in my budget..

Engine performance is pathetic in Nissan magnite even turbo is horrible, take a test drive in glanza in my personal experience Toyota will be a good choice.
Your second choice is better altroz or Glanza. But don't go for non-proven vehicles. Their spares are high cost also it's tough to get.

I took a test drive of it for the 1.5 lit engine. What's the Plus point is the Smooth and refined engine and the pretty smooth shift DSG.Shifts are unnoticeable.Also the Back rear leg room is far more Superior and hump Is way more shorter like a Suv.Felt the Safety of the car in the door.
So the negative thing of this car is break,it got heavy braking bite but on high speed the front wheel of the car tends to lock and make the screaming noise.So on heavy braking definitely brakes of the tends to Lock I don't know where ABS went .Also if you looking for the Diesel TDI performance it's definitely disappoint you.
In gear acceleration of the car is shit.It needs to shift gear to get the pace and to run.The quality of interior is not the best and had the very worst reverse camera in segment.,the clarity is utter shit .
It ticks as a safety car,performance car but still lacks some perfect 10/10 point
Usually the VAG cars brakes are very sharp you should apply gently .You can't press like other cars

I think Turbo kicks in at 1750 RPM in 1.5 TSI and slightly higher in 1.0 TSI

Honda City is far better than this.. Also Turbo engines are not reliable and expensive maintenance. Unless imported from Germany it's not worth it.
The 1.5 is completely imported engine. Some parts of 1.0 are also imported but it is assembled in India. So your comment doesn't make any sense

Both Virtus and Taigun are definitely overpriced for a car that is manufactured in India. They sold an imported T-roc for 24L only two years back. These Indianised cars don't have quality interiors.
