- This is a brief overview of Dr. Michael Heiser’s PhD dissertation that he turned into a book called Unseen Realm.
Many commentators try to allegorize biblical passages, yet was that the intent of the authors who wrote each book in the Bible?
Context is key. We must put ourselves in the authors shoes and see the world as they saw the world so we can understand what they wrote. We have to understand they did not have our western, scientific world view. They had an eastern supernatural world view.

This makes a part of 1 Enoch more coherent. I wasn't sure what it was talking about but it basically says the same thing as what he was saying in Deut - Elohim gave custody of some sheep to "angels" or "gods", I can't remember which. Then the angels did not take care of those people that were given to each of them and then they were punished. I'm too lazy to look it up but anyone know what I'm talking about?!
My ESV reads different - not surprised. Everything keeps changing because the 'cornerstone' of 'evil' is still 'rejected'.
There are 2 kingdoms, that are 'built' in 2 different ways. One in times of 'laughter', the other during 'times of trouble' - brother against brother and hand against hand.
Mankind is divided like everything else, clean vs. unclean. There are 2 languages... FOR the LORD or AGAINST the LORD.
YHWH is the 'God' OF 'gods'.
The 'language' that we use is either of HIS WORDS or 'our own'. Thus we live by 'every word that precedes' (goes) from the 'mouth of A god'. Since His words promise blessing AND curse, His words will bless, while our own 'might not'. IF the words we live by are complimentary to Him, then we are blessed. IF NOT, then they are 'our own words' and we a then led 'by a hook in the jaw'.
There is a 'clock' that runs - that there be a 'timing' to help guide prophecy. Ours ran out of 'silent mode' of 400 years in 2020. In 1620, we put a hook in our jaw when we penned our words in the Mayflower Compact; when we became 'strangers in a land that is NOT our own'.
All prophecy can be fulfilled in one of 2 ways... waiting on the LORD or 'works' (repentance). This is why Jonah is not a 'false prophet', Nineveh (which means 'house of fish' OVERTURNED themselves. Nineveh takes 3 days and 3 nights to cross by the way.
Fixing the borders is like hemming in the sheep... and letting the goats run free. The 'numbers' of the sons of God is talking about the number of their 'name', which 'master' they serve... the 'ONE' or the 'many'.
The 'new Jerusalem' means... the 'new teaching of peace' (comes down from heaven). Jesus as the 'word' already did that.
Jerusalem (teaching if peace) is surrounded by 'adversaries', those who do NOT believe in God's promises of blessings and curses, and thus their OWN WORDS 'condemn them'. They will 'fall by the sword' (the scriptures) as the word IS the 'sword'.
Since each prophecy can be fulfilled in either of 2 ways, the Book of Revelation becomes ether a map and guide of things to do 'quickly' OR a promise of 'hard times' in which to build our city.
Mystery Babylon is the 'whole world'... our 'languages' confused, and thus we do not build the new city.
YHWH said that If man continues, NOTHING will be impossible for him. And Jesus tells us that NOTHING is 'impossible' WITH God.
The difference is in the name that you come in. HIS our 'your own'.
When it says sons of Israel... it refers to 'fruit' of those who have the 'spirit' of Israel, vs. 'spirit' of Jacob.
Israel means 'God prevails', the name that Jacob recieved AFTER his 'all night' struggle.
The names are very important to develop the proper context of the narrative. This is why the angel of the Lord could say that Abraham had only ONE SON... Abram had the 'other' son.
When did we begin our 'quest' for our 'Holy Land'? After crossing the Jordan. Jordan means 'descender'.
To be 'baptized' in the Jordan, was a way to say 'baptized' by fire. We are born by default into a 'fallen world' as children of wrath, and thus why the son of man must 'repent' (Numbers 23:19) and become 'good' Sons of God. Our 'works' determine 'which father' we belong to. Since we are by default of the father of lies, thus is the WAR between a father and a son (of man). But, if the son (of man) can find faith, he will 'open' as a door and then the spirit will enter into him and cause him to STAND. This is the 'door standing open'.
Pick a 'dad'.
Oh, by the way... Barabbas means son of the fathers (plural).
And today , BARABBAS is still living at odds with the God of Abraham , even to to point of warring and terrorising them to this very day. How strange that Mahmoud Barabbas is a name so loudly present , living in hatred toward all Israel ,currently . @ChrisMusante
@@angelashort1331 - I don't find it strange at all, to be honest. Those names are all around us. Biden means 'both' or 'abide with'.
In a certain way God IS at our beck and call. He CANNOT 'break' His promises. Thus IF we do what HE SAYS to 'do', then He MUST keep to His promises and 'deliver' to us what we deserve, acxording to our works... just as Revelation says.
According to our obedience , is a clearer sense of cause and effect , , IT is so comforting to live within God's Boundaries ,where His love can reach and Bless me .
@@angelashort1331 - well, as long as you can see an occasional 'beating' as a 'blessing' - you're all set. Blameless isn't about being 'perfect'. It's about not blaming God for your troubles. 👍
Michael is the only prince that helps Israel in Daniel! Even Israel has a spirit. However, the sons of God is clearly referring to the children of Israel and the grandsons of Noah from the 70 listed in the Table of Nations in Genesis 10, thusly supporting the Sethite view of the Nephilim.
I saw an interview with Heiser saying he doesn't believe that Moses wrote all of the 5 books of Moses... It shakes my trust in Heiser's opinion. He is a trained scholar and to get that designation you have to run the gauntlet of atheistic satanic filth they falsely call science Science is supposed to be objective, but it is bought and paid for science is what we get... He was accompanied by another scholar who was even worse... I'm not familiar with Heiser's body of work as I'm fairly new to this aspect of history hidden from us by science so called I'm very cautious when I hear such things. He also questioned the authorship of Daniel!!! That's to me, a deal breaker. Be careful what and who you venerate.
I understand your frustration as I believe Moshe wrote all 5 books and even wrote about his own death. YHWH spoke face to face with Moshe and Yah told him write down all the words which I say. And I believe Yah can predict what will happen.
But when studying topics, we must look at the data presented and check on the work itself and not judge the work by who its done by. That’s actually a logical fallacy.
Heiser, presented a well thought out thesis that has multiple written witnesses.
So do not judge the thesis by who is giving it, rather judge the thesis based on the evidence presented.
Use taking an open-book, open-class test in school for an example, where you are allowed to use your textbook and are allowed to look at other people’s tests and see their answers.
After looking at the textbook and other people’s tests, you can then decide to put an answer that you believe is the correct answer based on all the data. Someone might come to a different conclusion than you, but who cares. What matters is your own test, your own answers because your priority is your own grade.
We are to work out are own salvation and not others.

I believe Michael Heiser has a lot of good information pertaining to Angels and the supernatural realm.
But I believe in a young earth that looks like a snow globe.
Thank for the suggestion. I do judge the work apart from the man, to a point. The extra biblical works give historic insights but I find this circle of influences like Gilbert Trey Smith, Alberino, etc rattle off reams of information that is a mix of pagan or in the weeds Judaism or Christian writers ... now it becomes a problem when they put the extra biblical writings on par or even above Scriptures... God Incorporated type Christianity has done a great disservice in not presenting this content at all... but I see what traps that it may have added to the thousands of other divisive doctrines that leave carnage in its wake. I know the Word well enough to hear the differences but wouldn't trust it to my wife and kids. Anyway, I get your point.
The "ruling" of believers is not in the distant future, but now. The end of the old covenant was the end of the rule of the fallen angels.
I disagree. I believe they are still ruling this world and will then give their power to one, the anti-christ. Afterwards the Messiah will rule in earth starting His millennial reign.
And according to Isaiah and Habakkuk, the whole will know YHWH.

"The God of peace will SOON crush Satan under your feet." Was Paul correct, or a false prophet?

And unfortunately many worship a different Jesus than the Bible speaks of, which Paul warned about…
For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted-you may well put up with it!

The NLT translation says
You happily put up with whatever anyone tells you, even if they preach a different Jesus than the one we preach, or a different kind of Spirit than the one you received, or a different kind of gospel than the one you believed.
Most people who claim to believe in Jesus believe in a different Jesus.
The Anti-Christ is called the lawless one.
Jesus was the lawful, most obedient one. He did nothing unless the Father told him. Hence He is the spotless Lamb who never sinned. Sinning is breaking God’s commandments (1 john 3:4). Therefore Jesus never broke a single commandment. And he taught everyone to stop sinning and to repent of your sins (breaking God’s commandments).
Yet christians preach a Jesus who “nailed God’s law to the cross”.
That’s more inline with the anti-christ, the lawless Jesus.
I pray more will repent of their sins and learn how to be obedient to our heavenly Father and follow in our Lord and Saviour’s footsteps of obedience.
@@vrab. What is your reasoning behind not believing the word soon means soon? How would the original audience understand soon, or "under your feet, shortly"? On top of that, Jesus said his coming was going to happen before some of them died, and within their generation. Jesus told them their generation was the final generation. And Jesus told the women of Jerusalem to weep for themselves for destruction was coming. Show me where it is written that this was intended to be fulfilled in a long time from them. Remember Daniel was told to seal up the vision and about 600 years later, John was told to NOT seal up his vision for the time for it to be fulfilled was near. Show me otherwise.
@@vrab.Yes. Satan gets cast down completely after the tribulation and 7th Trumpet. It is during the tribulation that he knows his time is short. The scroll with 7 seals is the title deed to this world; it originally belonged to Adam, but was taken by Satan after Adam spiritually died since no heir was established... until Jesus takes this fully and completely at the 7th Trumpet. This is why at the 7th Trumpet the angels declare: "The kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdom of Messiah!" The world will then be fully taken by Jesus.
Something to add would be when Steven was stoned and the people of Isreal denied the kingdom and the king what happens? What happened before when they worshipped other idols? Exiled. But this time whos sent into Babylon? Jew and gentile belivers. What do we know though? That Jesus Christ is coming back with his body and those alive will be transformed and also sent to him. Joshua 1.11. Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it. 5 stones for 5 kingdoms that will be defeated by our Messiah Jesus. His kingdom come. His will be done.
All Jew are Yashar'el, but, not all of Yashar'el are Jews. Only 1/12 are.
Yahwasha is not lord. He is King; a sovereign, Royalty. Lords are nobility, not royalty, they are subjects and serve the king.
Deuteronomy 32:8 (KJV)
When the most High divided to the nations their inheritance,
when he separated the sons of Adam,
he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
When he divided the nations, Israel was not in existence yet.
Also Israel had 12 sons and therefore 12 tribes, and The Bible speaks of there being 70 nations.
The sons of Israel also did not rule over those nations.
The KJV is still my favorite translation but there are still mistakes in the translation. The KJV follows the Masoretic text most of the time but chooses to use the Septuagent a handful of times for the Old Testament like Psalm 23 for example.
So the translators decided to use the Masoretic text in this case instead of the Septuagent. But now we have older manuscripts from the dead sea scrolls that collaborate with the Septuagent rendering the sons of God the more accurate translation.

also the Masoratic text was written after the destruction of the 2nd Temple by the same Pharasees and Sadducees that killed The Most High...JESUS CHRIST....
that explains why each country have different Gods.....India has Sheva and Bhuddah.....The Greek gods and goddeses.....Egyptian gods

@@GodsSon-g1m - exactly. They are real. They were supposed to teach humanity about the Creator and his ways, but instead they wanted to be like YHWH and wanted to be worshipped themselves. God is upset at their choice and said they will be punished:
Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
Psalms 82:7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
Because they failed God chose Abraham to make his own nation who woud then be a “light to the nations” and share the light of the Torah (His instructions). That nation was Israel. But then Israel failed to be a light to the nations… so God had to come down to earth and be the light Himself.
So we are to follow in His example:
Matthew 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
Are you really saying that the terms for the Most High in the Dead Sea Scrolls say "God" "Lord"? C'mon brother , His Name is Yahuah our Alahim like the first Commandment says "I am Yahuah your Alahim Have no other before My Face"
I believe its pronounced Yahweh, but i’m not a sacred namer. I do not think its necessary to say his name nor do I think its a sin to say “lord” or “god”. When I see THE LORD all in caps, I know its YHWH and will pronounce it. But the manuscripts still write Elohim and Adonai in some spots so its not wrong to call Him by His title either.
The book of Isaiah and Habakkuk say all the world will know YHWH.
So soon, all will know His Name and how to pronounce it 😊
@@vrab. I saw Abba Yahuah when I was in a 3 day flatline back in 1998 and my sugar was 1574, He led me to know His Name in that experience and I am forever grateful. About 15 years later,I made a pizza delivery to a synagogue and when I said His Name,they rushed me through security then called the restaurant and told my boss that they never want to see me again on their property. Praise Yahuah!
That's not what the KJV Bible says. It says "sons of Adam" and "children of Israel." Mike selects Passages from "Bibles" that affirm his skewed perspective. I'll stick to the KJV Bible... Always.
well your 1611 KJV contains the Apocrapha which wasnt removed until 1885

@@The_Letter_J6 its not even the most accurate translation. the most accurate to original languages is the NASB but its not the most readable. you cant even read a 1611 KJV. english was so different back then.
The KJV says “sons of Israel”. It gets that from the Masoretic text from which the translation comes from. However, the KJV also uses the Septuagent like Psam 23 for example. So the translator made a choice to go with the Masoretic text instead of the Septuagent reading of sons of god.
The Dead Sea scrolls are older than both the Masoretic text and the Septuagent and it agrees with the Septuagent. Therefore we have two proof texts that the proper rendering should be sons of God.
Hope that helps! KJV is still my favorite translation but there are still mistakes in it because the translators did not have as many manuscripts and documents that we have now.
