Hi Tori. I’m a daughter of a trucker. And it prob wasn’t a generator. It was prob his truck running they run 24/7 or it could’ve been a reefer (a refrigerator unit in the trailer to keep things like produce cold). Semis don’t really have generators. lol. But yea they r noisy. Thankfully I am used to them (well as a kid) but they still don’t bother me since I love the sound. Prob not good for a quiet sleeper. Keep safe and thanks for sharing your adventures.

I just want to point out that the 136" wheelbase isn't the shortest for the ProMaster, as there is a shorter 118" wheelbase that is only available with the low roof.
