This was a great video!! Using an eye mask to block out light is something I rely on. Even a soft material headband would work. I need to get back to my yoga practice. Even if it’s 10 minutes a day. I love cold green tea without any sweetener, but in hot tea I need it a bit sweet. I’ll try the gradual process. I definitely feel better when my sugar intake is lower, although I’m a savory person over sweets. They say by the time you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. I’d love to know the professionals who tell people to only drink when they are thirsty. I also need to add more meditation into my life. I like doing body scans to check in with myself too. Another healthy change for me is when I hear that negative self-talk, I say “Stop!” in my head or out loud. It really helps to break that thought cycle and quiet down that voice. I doubt I’m alone in this, but I seem to pay more attention to the negative than the positive thoughts. (And I’m not talking about “toxic positivity”.) Here’s to a healthier 2024! 🙌🏻♥️
Hello Ali and Safia!!! This is very intelligent advice, I liked how you both stressed that exercise is more than for weight loss! A very good upload! Take care always, glad to see you two! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hey, hey. So happy to see you both again. Great advice, these are all good tips that many Americans need in a post-Covid world. No window covers? Try sleep-eye-masks. Silly looking? Yep, who cares and who is going to see you anyway? Thanks for the caring advice. [edited only to correct punctuation.]
Sorry about Ali's audio. There was some issue with his mic. Will do better next time. 😊❤️

Thank you the comment.
- You are not alone, our brains tend to focus more on negative. It has something to do with our evolutionary past.
Happy International Women’s Day, Safia and all out there. ♥️
Thank you! Happy Women's Day to you too! ❣️❣️
