Fox Live Valve MTB Not Working - Help Me Fix It (FIXED)

UPDATE: This is FIXED FOR FREE. Fox sent me a new "controller" (the mount bolted to the frame) under warranty which solved the problem.
Maybe I am the only one to be so unlucky. The Fox Live Valve system on my 2020 Pivot Mach 4 SL has stopped working. It seems like it is a battery/controller problem, but who knows. There is almost no information on the Fox website, or really the whole internet for that matter. There are some Reddit threads, but none really say how to replace or fix the controller. If you can help answer this question, please do so in the comments. Your experience will be helpful to others in the future.

Do you have check with app Fox live valve ? I did have same problem , I connect with app , diagnostic , and I have disconnected front sensor.
