Live Valve - Fixed for Free

The Live Valve controller on my 2020 Pivot Mach 4 SL stopped working. Finding information or replacement parts is almost impossible. Thanks, however, to a very helpful customer service writer at Fox, I got a replacement controller and got the system working again. For FREE.
