Yoni eggs strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. It's like doing a pull-up, but with vaginal muscles (kegels). These exercises strengthen the core and intensify orgasms (you build more awareness and sensations with the exercises). Building that strength is beneficial for childbirth and preventing incontinence. They've been used for a millennia in Eastern cultures. Don't bash what you don't know.

Doctors have been warning people of the dangers of any rock sitting inside you for years now. Because they're porous, yoni eggs can be tough to clean thoroughly, which means you can put yourself at risk for infections like toxic shock syndrome and bacterial vaginosis.
