It wasn't the Joystick, neither the Trim, AOA or airspeed. The plane flapping was due to the control scheme: You have to map the joystick axis to the 'Elevator Axis' input. The 'Elevator Down' is a binary input (as opposed to analog). It's meant for keyboard and buttons and will continue to increase the elevator's deflection for as long as it's held. So if you map one side of the joystick Y axis to that, the moment the joystick goes to that side (even a little bit) you'll be holding the 'Elevator Down' "key" and the elevator will deflect completely. It's a little different from arma where you can map each side of an analog axis independently.
Also, the reason Drewski was flying with a high AOA is because he had to hold the joystick back the entire time to avoid a full dive. Then he controlled the altitude with throttle, hence the low airspeed.
What are you talking about? Look at the airspeed... everytime he drops below 70 knots, the plane stalled and picked up its airspeed in the dive. The throttle was on idle. The gauges are right there on the screen!
