This song is heavier subject matter than I usually publish. I wrote these lyrics about 15 years ago when I first looked in the mirror and wondered, "Where the hell did the time go?" Have you ever felt that way? I don't think I'm alone here, and I really hope you enjoy this song.
Thanks, my friend. I had a tune for it in my head for many years and it was as melancholy as the lyrics. made for a very maudlin song. I decided to try to counterbalance the melancholy lyrics with an upbeat, melodic tune and Udio dropped this in my lap. I am very happy with how it turned out.
