Made my applesauce and it looks great. Used my boiled cider I made yesterday. I started canning with my Mother and Grandmother when I was 15 (that was 56 years ago) yes I am 71 years young. We have 4 acres of land and my husband has a garden and a green house. If he grows it I freeze it, dehydrate it, or can it. I have learned so much from you at this young age and love your channel. Hello Carol! Just an FYI, I have used this video for the base of my applesauce. I also did the boiled cider. So, so delicious!! I've made several batches, and my favorite is combining the boiled cider along with some vanilla bean paste (I didn't have a vanilla bean) but the paste worked perfect. And....I also made (and canned) your boiled apple syrup. The apple syrup on top of buttermilk pancakes....so DELICOUS! Thank you! Ellen
