    Hello David.
    Could you do the guitar solo of the Bon Jovi song "Bad Medicine"...?
    I think it's interesting even for an execellent guitar player like you.
    Thanks and all the best to you!

    David, let me ask you something. You've gotten inside all these guitar players' heads and learned their styles. Is there any of these guitar solos or players that was better/more original that you'd thought?

      To tell you the truth I've learned a lot from every single solo I've learned so far and although I have a few favorites all the stuff you learn is gonna teach you something.

    fuck, man! I'm so close to having it so my band can cover this, but any time i play it live, my hand cramps at the alternate picking section. any tips for that, lol?

    • @szymonbalcer
      @szymonbalcer 3 года назад +1

      Play an alternative picking exercise where you pick one-note as fast as you can for as long as you can. Then try playing one string passages at that speed and synchronise your two hands and keep at it until you feel the burn. When you feel the burn keep going until you actually can't. It helped me... When you look at it from a different perspective, the stronger your forearm muscle is, the more it can take. Also very important, makes sure you don't pick too hard, fast passages are actually picked much gentler than you think! So get used to playing gentle and fast and once you get that then bring in the dynamics! :)
