Nijika being a leader actually suits her to a T considering her childhood, her parents not being there and her sister being busy with band activities probably forced Nijika to adapt to her circumstances, and forced her to mature faster compared to her peers, thus making her a natural leader for the Kessoku band. Even the fact that she controls and decides most of the band activities (group photos, deciding merchs, designing band t-shirt, managing funds etc) could be a sign of her wanting her own stable environment that she and her friends can be comfortable with probably indicating her dissatisfaction with her childhood environments growing up. Anyways this is just my own schizo rambling which isn't factual so please don't read too much into it.

In inside 2, one of the major conflicts is Riley and Anxiety (so Riley's anxiety). The "I'm not good enough" injury is one that blossoms due to her anxiety. While it might not be exactly of social nature, it is definitely anxiety. Al that said, healthy levels of anxiety is good, but those that Bocchi and Riley have are not so good... Kita's anxiety is tamer than Bocchi, while Nijika and Ryo seem to have no anxiety (which happens, I went to watch Inside out 2 with friends and only I could relate as much, since I am such an anxious person)

Recently i graduated from high school and all my friends went separate ways(basically lost them) And got into a college I wanted to improve myself So i wanted to be better at socializing (i was an introvert with little social anxiety)so i wanted an extroverted friend who will drag me into social situations Guess who adoped me on my 3rd day at college LoL He saw me trying to improve my social skills but failing And invited me to sit next to him and his friends Now we are basically a group of 5 members 2 extroverts 1 ambivert and 2 introverts including me;)

Honestly I think the "Kita has social anxiety" argument starts making more sense once you move a bit further into the manga. To me this idea doesn't really lies in the fact that "she felt bad about this that one time" but rather in the way in which she leverages her extraversion in social settings. Its made clear numerous times that contrary to Ryo and Nijika, who have a fairly laid-back personality, Bocchi and Kita are very similar in the sense that they care way to much about what people think. With Bocchi it manifest through isolation and maladaptive daydreaming, while with Kita it manifest through constant need to overperform on the social front and be a people pleaser sometime to a fault. For example there's multiple jokes in the manga displaying how she will absolutely lie to avoid killing a hyped crowd, or will give up on her own sense taste without hesitation for whatever the majority says she's supposed to like/dislike. I absolutely agree with the idea that in some way it is internal (low self-esteem) but I do think there's a social element to the whole thing. Imo she overthinks her social interactions just as much as Bocchi does, its just that contrary to her she's pretty skilled at it so it looks seemless to most people.

Haven't watch this anime, and as a Loner Leader... I can say that your analysis is very good but has an important flaw... relating it to the vague concepts of introversion and extraversion... People can vary in their approach to other people, and sometimes you influence people then sometimes people influence you, maybe neither because you're too detached but sometimes you want to connect, those are humanity's common behaviours... you should try studying psychology formally, it will probably be very interesting for you.
