CONGRATS on the new Addition to your family! As to the trailer, be glad you dont have the Oven, it burns stuff anyway, We use a toaster oven and that works great everytime. The Cable or Sat line is probably disconnected, you would have to see where that is routed. You should have an antenna though unless that is disconnected as well. Our first trailer was a forrest river Grey wolf 19RB and it was cute but we had similar issues with electrical. We traded up to a 271RL Sunset Trail by Crossroads and it has been a Great trailer. Looking forward to your next Vid!

Thanks! We have a toaster oven as well, it works well, just takes up a little bit of storage space. I have to look into the cable situation a little more. I only ever tried to use it once, we don’t really think of watching tv when we’re camping. There is an antenna but I couldn’t get it to work either.
We are planning to go to at least one RV show, which we will film, and show some of our thoughts about what our next rig may be.

We also have a similar trailer to this (Salem 19DBXL) and its nice to see others have some of the same struggles!! We really do like the trailer though just a few things that drive me crazy. The tailgate not being able to drop when hitched up being one :D ! We also are wanting to put lights above the bed too before the season this year. Are you guys using battery operated lights for that? Or did you wire them in?

Those are just battery powered lights. We’ve had them there for over a year and have yet to change the batteries.
All in all, it’s a pretty good trailer and we like the layout. Most of our issues are just “first world problems.”

Are you having any issue with the campsite window, mine has warped and the window will not slide open
