We are all unique - different heights and shapes with different colouring, in addition we each have our own individual personal style. Furthermore, our bodies change over the years. What we looked like at 16 is often quite different to how we look at 35, so we need to change how we dress over time to look our best, whatever life throws at us and our bodies.
