I use to play this game, it's such a classic zombie game for its time with a good story behind it. It's very underrated style of game, if more games were like this one I'm sure it would make the genre popular again. Jack (Protagonist) is a very basic character and yet he's a one man hoard slayer.
First, the shovel can be used in two ways. The other being more effective. Second, there's no use wasting ammo or hitting the dead lying down until they're done getting up for some reason.
