I love this scene. Sam explains who her family is, thus who Tabitha is and it's like to be able to do whatever one desires. But one has to be careful, now that they live in the mortal world.
The other scene that defines who Sam and her family are comes from the episode BE IT EVER SO MORTGAGE. In that episode, Endora reminds Sam who she is, we live in music, in the sparkle of star, there are no boundaries that we cannot pass.
But Sam also realizes that there are risks. Love it.
When Adam was born, unlike here in NOBODY'S PERFECT, warned Darrin not to exploit their daughter. In ... AND SOMETHING MAKES FOUR, Darrin and Sam don't want their son exploited, but Sam's father had other ideas. He was proud of his grandson, so he wanted mortals to feel the same way, Sam stepped in and threatened him with the Witches Council. Maurice removed his spell. 🙂
