Every day I do one Practice Run to get more experience with one cycling and other later parts of Speedrunning often missed when constantly resetting, along with also being able to see my improvement over time. I got this idea from Couriway's 1000 Speedruns in a Row series, which is also where I got the spreadsheet from, so huge credit to Couriway.
    Couriway's Channel: / @couriway
I started doing the Practice Runs on November 1, 2021, but only runs 152 and onward will be uploaded as I didn't think to upload previous runs before that.

I've definitely dealt with that same type of feeling, but the thing you have to remember is that it's more about the improvement than the actual time. Try to focus on your next goal time and how you can beat your own times, and just remember that improvement takes time. Sometimes I feel the same when looking at how consistently other runners can just crank out sub 10s while my PB has been stuck at 14:50 for over 2 years, but I just have to focus on beating my own time since I'm not at the skill level to get a sub 10. It's good to have a balance of being critical of yourself to have motivation to improve, but also remember to look back on your accomplishments and be proud. No matter where you are in your speedrunning journey, just focus on the next goal time, and the improvement will come with time!
Also, one piece of advice I would say is very helpful is to have some sort of documentation of your progress. This channel and the spreadsheet is a great example. There have been many times I've felt like I'm making no improvement and just getting no where with these practice runs, but having the list of monthly practice averages shows me that in reality, my averages have improved by over 10 minutes throughout the past years. Just like working out, it can be difficult to see improvement because of how slow it happens, so having some way of documenting your accomplishments so you can look back and see the improvement can help showcase how far you've come.

Heyho, quick question if you don't mind:
What do you do, when you die?
Just do another until you finish?

Since I'm in Hardcore, if I die, I open the world to LAN, swap to survival, and rejoin the world so it is no longer in LAN
