The Patriarch of Jerusalem isn't "Greek-Orthodox" he is Orthodox in the patriarchate of Jerusalem. Calling someone Greek Orthodox or Russian Orthodox is like saying Irish Catholic or Italian Catholic. We are Orthodox here in America as well.
Also what do you mean "Where Jesus is believe to be buried"!? Jesus isn't buried, He is resurrected and seated at the right hand of The Father.
The patriarchate of Jerusalem is called the "Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem", so that's probably why its worded this way for the video.

Constantinople, Alexandria, and Jerusalem still conduct their liturgies in Greek, and Antioch is called that because it historically used Greek (and also to differentiate it from the Oriental Orthodox Patriarchate, same with Alexandria). "Greek Orthodox" does not refer only to the Church of Greece and the Ecumenical Patriarchate, nor does it mean that Greeks are the only Orthodox people out there or that all Orthodoxy is inherently Greek. In certain cases, it is a correct term to use, and this is one of those cases. Any of the Churches that have historically used Greek as their liturgical language is referred to as "Greek Orthodox." The title is correct. This is what the official title is. Greek Orthodox can refer to ethnically Greek Orthodox Christians specifically, but in this case, it's not what it means.

He is the Greek orthodox patriarch. The organization is the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate

The Patriarchate of Jerusalem is autocephalous, the word Greek is unnecessary and confusing to those who do not know Orthodoxy. It suggests the Greek Orthodox Church has some jurisdiction over Jerusalem, which it does not.

Jesus rebuked the Rabbi's of Jerusalem for making themselves the leaders of the people. He also said to call no Religious Leader, Father, for we are all brothers. There are no popes or patriarchs in the Body of Christ.
