Philippines the only country that keeps using their vehicles horn nonstop huh lol. Here in U.S pretty much very rare almost never hear them and if you use it here, it's kind of rude and over there pretty much very normal and doesn't look it bothers people lol.
Because pinoys has no discipline, arrogant, and rude drivers they see button they press it i live here in makati philippines suffering from noise everyday pinoy also love revving engine of a motorcycle specially 2 in the morning and when you call them out for being an asshole they will turn into apeshit shouting incoherent insults "i know the mayor here blah blah im friend with the policeman blah blah you dont know me" stuff like that instead of living in peace or being calm and stoic everybody has a loud mouth specially those who don't have a job but despite all of these crappy scenarios i wouldn't have it any other way i prefer to live here because i was born here
