Actually, fun fact, did you know plants don’t have a nervous system but they do know when they are being eaten. So much so when they are cut, the plant will produce a super high pitch scream that not even dogs can hear.
I love how she outright says "I don't like what she's saying so I'm gonna give her an X right here." Like, she's literally admitting there's nothing wrong with being vegan and not telling people, but she doesn't like people who aren't annoying and in your face about it, when the whole exercise, I assume, is to point out how "good" or "bad" she is. Just because someone doesn't agree with your point of view, or isn't as passionate about it, doesn't dictate whether or not they're a good or bad person

Not always advocating for animals to be treated like people, but rather advocating to stop the actual issues, like the farm under fair life that was literally throwing calves into cages. There's also dog fighting rings which sometimes use small animals to make the dogs more vicious and force the dogs to fight til one dies

When i was in junior infants (or whatever the very first year in elementary school is in America), we would pick leaves off bushes and just fiddle with them and our teacher would start saying "plants are living things how would you feel if someone ripped your arms off?" I mean that's a pretty violent image for juniors but I would love if she had a showdown with thatveganteacher about whether plants feel pain or not (because tbh they're kinda both karens and it would be crazy but my teacher was nice to me so i like her.. also sorry for way too long comment lol)
