Got a Magic Blue, Blonde leather S90 T8 in Inscription Pro a month ago (after a C Class) and boy, has this been an upgrade and a half or what. Such a stunning car - unpretentious, understated, and achingly cool. ALL of the additional options are so brilliantly worth it; and I'm so looking forward to the preconditioning function in the winter - entering a warm and toasty car in the mornings! I'm 42, and I feel like instead of joining a Members-only club, I've bought a Members-only club. Love it! ❤
Recently acquired a 2022 S90 Recharge Inscription with Extended Range option. It's the first "luxury" car we've ever had and it's a dream to drive and ride in. The quality is impeccable. My spouse uses it for her commute back and forth to work (38 mile range) and it does that easily without using a drop of fuel. For longer trips out of town, the first 38 miles are all-electric and then the 2L engine smoothly comes online without any clue that a switchover has occurred (other than indicators on the dash, of course). Even the quietness inside the car is basically unchanged when this occurs.
One of my customers had one of these beautiful cars on his drive today! I had to talk to him about it.. Never owned a volvo, but Ive noticed in the background how their styling has improved over the last few years.. This is very very nice!
Just bought the new s90 with 3-layer battery (increased e range to 90km + about 460 bhp) in black (brown interior). Taking ownership in a couple of weeks. Test drove the BMW 530E which is the s90's direct competitor... the BMW has superior handling, but in every other way, the s90 wins hands down.
How much did it cost?
I absolutely love the s90!! I've wanted one for a while now, they are really good looking!! I asked for one as a company car, but what did my MD get me? .... A bog standard VW Passat!! 😩 I've out performed every one in our office for years and that's how much it appreciated!! Well, sod off Mr MD!!! It's about time someone else took over doing all your shit!! I'm done! I'm off to the Volvo dealer to buy my own s90! 👍
Great review, excellent. Thank you! I like the subtle and distinctive appearance even more than the ones of the Audi A6 or BMW 5 .. even though I'm german in my view the Volvo has simply more style and refined understatement.
Great review. I’m on my 3rd 90 series car since 2016. Very pleased with the vehicles and the value for money compared to mainstream German alternatives.

Great review and a great car, absolute happy with our V90T6, like the class and understatement. The finish of the interieur is just top on this cars and in my opinion way better than on the german mainstream brands

I have 64k extra in my bank and thinking to buy my first car other than my father's Toyota car.is it worth it to buy this s90 2022 or is there other better cars in your opinion,like for a student like me who isn't married and don't like to drive fast.
This is a massive car. I own an S90 '17 T6 Inscription and love it. I suggest you look at the S60 (or V60 or XC60).

It’s Chinese, what happens if the US and Chinese get into it? Will parts be available. I have a 2018: the dashboard had to be replaced,drivers armrest broke and no way to fix it other than replacing entire door panel.
Volvo is currently the best quality car in the world. Germans are overvalued.

Why is he talking about Volvo like they were never a brand of the wealthy. They been a brand for the rich for decades esp the wagons
Because Volvo have only, in recent years, set their eye on brands like BMW, Audi and Merc. Their price point and customer base use to sit below them. They were more premium than Ford or Peugeot, but never on the same level as the Germans. Think Saab, but to avoid a similar destiny, they've had to grow into a more premium brand.

Just a heads up, the North America market will not be getting the dark execution for 2023. Very disappointing move on Volvo's behalf!
Looks boring and bland compare to new Audi A8 and 7 series .
