- In this video I show the adidas 4DFWD 2. This is the second iteration from the 4DFWD line which made its first debut last year, including releases like the Pulse and Parley. I partnered together with Adidas and they sent out the 4DFWD 2 before the release date for me to show it to you guys. I will be using these as my new gym shoes !

I meant to say I got them in a US 8.5* I looked at the wrong sizing the UK one, but yeah just go with a size 10 you should be good 🙌🏽
