Since I don't have a razer keyboard but i'm using a razer laptop and mouse and I also don't play on the laptop keyboard, I was able to create a jumpthrow using macro and hypershift using my mouse only. To be clear I didn't test it on valve's servers and I don't pretend to test it for now. I was just curious about the macros and decided to give a shot and mess with the settings. Try it at your own risk. You need to create a macro of: 1: your jump key (in my case is scrow up) 2: mouse 1 release This is essentially the jumpthrow as we know Them I set mouse 4 to be my hypershift key In hypershift mode, I set to mouse 2 to be the macro key, that's all Now my jumpthrow is on the mouse instead a key on the keyboard 1 - hold mouse 1 to release the granade pin 2 - hold mouse 4 to swicth to hypershift mode 3 - press mouse 2 to activate the macro done
Before the update and generally cs2 it was near impossible to get the maximum distance and be consistent with jump throws. But to be fair jumpthrow binds we’re only allowed in pro tournaments like 2019/2020 so it hasn’t been forever. The difference with this update is that they have now made it easier to be consistent with just jumping and releasing click. It’s probably going to be fine in the end for playing comp, but a lot of people who do bhop servers (there are some who only bhop and surf) they use a lot of other null binds and movement bonds which are now just unusable now. So that is really messing with a whole seperate and large community in CS. It’s just a lot of people being annoyed with such a huge mechanic change with no warning. And the CS community can be annoyed very easily, as even en csgo it originally came with no skyboxes but pros complained and they added skyboxes back into csgo. The snap tap and strafe/null binds though should definitely be banned.

i had the same issue man, and after 20 minutes with my team, on offline server they found out the trick. try to press +w and +jump right at the same time and release mouse1 when you character is still going up. orrr if its easier you can bind a key to release the nade
Razer macros have worked for me, thanks. Not ideal because once you create a keybind like that you won't be able to use that key for anything else, even when you type in a chat or even when not in game. This is fixable though. I'd rather have my binds, especially run-jump-throw. UPDATE: stopped using because Razer Synapse is too buggy.

Jump throw actually is not much difficult, just try to release the throw key as soon as possible after jumping. But I would like to know how to bind jump to multiple keys, for example mouse up, mouse down, and space key?

I'm heavily against the new update 1. snaptap was never a real issue 2. jumpthrow binds are no more than a QOL, should be a setting within the game itself but why go out of your way to find workarounds now that its publicly been stated as against the rules? hope no one gets banned for the macros but if you do its fully deserved
1. Snaptap was for sure an issue. Pay to win and lowers the skill ceiling by giving perfect steifs. 2. I agree that jumpthrows should be a setting because people are so used to it now but valve want to draw an hard line for what is acceptable and using 2 binds for one key at the same time is not anymore so, no more jump binds. 3. You get kicked from the match for using those binds, not banned. And also, if the CS community don't try to bypass things and innovate with settings/binds/exploits/glitches then CS is not CS. It ws built off a mod from half life and the spirit if CS is to fuck around and see what sticks. This has always been Valves approach to CS, see what the people want and try to make it happen, within boundaries.

Anyone know how to bind jump crouch after the update?
Jump throw actually is not much difficult, just try to release the throw key as soon as possible after jumping. But I would like to know how to bind jump to multiple keys, for example mouse up, mouse down, and space key?
Dont know why they did remove it when you can work around this xD new bind kinda sucks, especially when you wanna Walk jumpthrow…gotta press 4 keys wtf valve…just add back old jumpthrow -.- didnt hurt anyone

1. snaptap was never a real issue
2. jumpthrow binds are no more than a QOL, should be a setting within the game itself
but why go out of your way to find workarounds now that its publicly been stated as against the rules? hope no one gets banned for the macros but if you do its fully deserved

1. Snaptap was for sure an issue. Pay to win and lowers the skill ceiling by giving perfect steifs.
2. I agree that jumpthrows should be a setting because people are so used to it now but valve want to draw an hard line for what is acceptable and using 2 binds for one key at the same time is not anymore so, no more jump binds.
3. You get kicked from the match for using those binds, not banned. And also, if the CS community don't try to bypass things and innovate with settings/binds/exploits/glitches then CS is not CS. It ws built off a mod from half life and the spirit if CS is to fuck around and see what sticks. This has always been Valves approach to CS, see what the people want and try to make it happen, within boundaries.

That's okay I already have 10 cfgs for bhop, long jump, jump bug, de subticked movement etc. Maybe they should fix their game so we don't have to mod it to hell just to make it playable.
