Jan/Feb 2024 list price $2.1 million...............List price now is $21.5 million. This property jumped up in price in less than 9 months. And these people want us to pay over $19,000,000.00 for a $2 million dollar home. Only a brainless fool would buy at this price, just hang on the market is going to crash soon. And maybe you can pick it up for under $2 million.........
If you go to crimegrade this home is rated at a D. That's not good............
I always use crimegrade when researching a home.

It’s possible the jump is because it was offered without the land first. I didn’t check. I’m actually looking at a home that was done that way. It originally listed without the land then with. People were posting the same thing because they didn’t realize the change.

Itwas first offered without the new house,it was the land and the caretaker's house only then in 2022 they built the big new main house. The house is not a $2M it is close to 13,000 sq ft.
