Colombians eat their mangoes with lime and salt, that’s why she offered it to you. I think it’s an acquired taste. My neighbors in Miami have me some, it was horrible. I hope you’ll eat a NY HOTDOG 🌭 before leaving the city. Trust me it’s the best, and don’t forget “White Castle” hamburger and fries. They sometimes have sweet potatoes fries. There’s one restaurant in Queens Boulevard in Queens, near Queens Center.
